"What are you doing here Nut?" Geb said sternly as he stood from his seat.

"I came to check on you Geb" she replied with affection. "Besides, you are my consort and l have every right to visit you whenever l want".

Geb did not reply her, he just gave her a hard glare and walked out on her leaving her with just words.

"My maids will attend to you".

"Your maids?" Nut frowned deeply. "Geb l didn't not come here all the way from the sky just see your maids. I came here to see you and just you!"

"Nut" Geb breathed hard. "I don't have time to receive you now, and l sternly advice that you leave here immediately"

"Geb!" Nut gasped with tears already welled up in her eyes. "Why are you doing this to me? What have l done wrong? Tell me and l will make amends immediately" she walked slowly towards him and affectionately placed her cold hands on his bare chest. But he held her hands as soon as it touched his chest and gave her an emotionless stare.
