As the Gray Orc enjoyed its lustful meal below, the Orc chief explained that the the dead bodies Chiron saw were given to it to mate with only at the time the orc girl had ran away. 

Once Bloodlust touched a person, if they did not die, they would also become Bloodlusts. 

Chiron looked closely and then he understood why the Orc Chief had been here all along. After all, some of the dead orcs down there had holes in their heads. 

She must have killed them the moment she saw that they had survived and were changing. 

Surprisingly, male and female Bloodlusts did not engage in each others lust. It was as if they craved an empty victim of their lust disease so that they could spread it across the healthy as they saw fit. 

Chiron looked below. Unlike the others, the girl was definitely not going to survive. Her blood flowed from her nether region, flooding to the ground and then pooling underneath her and the beast on her.
