Jael had walked into Mauve's room to a sweet smell but simply chalked it up to the bath soap or maybe the lotion she might have used. Besides, he was too worried about her well-being to care about the source of the smell. However, it didn't take him long to discover he was wrong and that the smell was actually from Mauve.
