Mauve reddened as Jael's hand moved over her body. She tried to sit still, it didn't help that they had an audience. Mauve could not meet Lady Jevera's eyes, she was too embarrassed. She could feel Lady Jevera's glare on the top of her head and she wished she could disappear.
It was hard to listen to the conversation. Jael sounded cold, too cold but she understood that he was stressed out. Under the light, he looked paler than usual. It was a bit worrisome as he had drunk from her a few hours ago.
"Is there anything else?" He asked her, he sounded impatient.
"No," Lady Jevera replied.
Mauve could vaguely see her turn around and leave. The door closed with a loud thud, the sound echoed in the small confinement. She lifted her eyes to look at Jael and he already had his attention back on his desk scribbling away.
"What is that?" She asked.
Jael paused and slowly turned to look at her, he did not look like he appreciated the interruption. "What?"
