Let The Fun Begin

Bolin looks up at the sky with a dark smirk as he says, "Of course, he wants to attack while my shadow power is at its weakest." I give him a knowing smile as I say, "You won't have to worry about that."

Bolin tilts his head, curious. I give him a mysterious smile as I say, "When the time comes, you'll have plenty of shadows to work with." Bolin gives me a knowing smile as he steps up to me, pulling me to him as he says, "It sounds like my woman is more than capable of handling a few pests but since you worked so hard, allow me to take over."

I smile up at him as I say, "Go ahead, I've already set the scene. As soon as they reach the middle point, I will engage all of the runes. Then, they're all yours." His lips arch in a deliciously evil smirk as he leans down and kisses me.

His strength can easily overpower me, but he's ever so gentle. Almost as if he's afraid to hurt me. The thought makes my heart flutter in excitement. I return the kiss, pulling him close by his clothes. Haun awkwardly looks away, not knowing what to do with himself.

Bolin pulls back with a small frown and says, "I had hoped we could talk once I got back." I lightly chuckle as I say, "We can talk after everything's been taken care of. It's time to finally put an end to Weimin and his insanity."

Bolin's eyes darken at that as he says, "I want to kill him, but I feel like I should leave him to you." I smile up at him as I say, "You know me so well. Yes, I want him." Bolin's eyes narrow as he says, "I don't like hearing you wanting another man, even if it is to kill them."

This time I giggle as I ask, "Are you jealous of those I want to kill now? I had no idea you were so jealous." He smirks as he leans down and whispers, "Oh, I'm extremely jealous when it comes to you. I'm jealous of the air you breathe, the things your beautiful eyes look at, and the things you think about. I'm jealous of everything when it comes to you. I want you all to myself."

Haun clears his throat, trying to break up our weird flirting. Bolin's dark eyes shift over to Haun before pulling back and asking, "What is it?" Haun straightens his back as he says, "I want to put it on record that I didn't agree with her leaving the estate to place the traps but... I'm glad that she did. She's very capable."

I smirk at Huan as Bolin narrows his eyes and says, "Of course she's capable, she's my woman. Bring me my blade." Haun bows and quickly walks away. I glance up at the sky and say, "We have a few more hours, should we enjoy a nice breakfast together?"

Bolin gives me a warm smile as he says, "That sounds like a good idea. I'm extremely... hungry." He grabs my hand and starts walking towards the dining area inside. I arch my brow at his hungry comment. He did that on purpose, didn't he?

I grin, silently allowing him to pull me forward. Not only does Haun bring Bolin his sword, but he also makes a simple breakfast for us. As we eat, I glance over to Bolin and say, "You were gone all night. You must have been busy..."

He places food on my plate as he smiles and says, "Don't worry, I wasn't with another woman." I give him a dry look, causing him to chuckle. He pours me some tea as he says, "Eat up. I was indeed busy making the last few preparations. This is one of the many things I wanted to discuss with you, but we don't have enough time."

I nod, eating a piece of food. Mago suddenly appears and says, "They're moving in." I smile as I chew my food. Bolin tilts his head as he asks, "How is he able to see them?" I glance over at him as I say, "You weren't the only one that's been busy."

I take another bite as I say, "Mago, tell me when the first line of soldiers reach the middle point." Mago quickly agrees and slips away as I finish the food on the plate. I drink the tea and stand up as I say, "I need to find a good seat before the show starts."

Bolin finishes his food as well, standing with a low chuckle. He slips his arm around my waist, pulling me close as he says, "I have the perfect spot." His shadows wrap around us, swallowing us before we reemerge on the roof of the estate at the very front.

The cold air whips our hair around as we look out over the woods. They still looked peaceful and normal. If it weren't for Mago and the mirrors, we wouldn't know about their attack until it was too late.

"How's this view?" Bolin asks looking out at the woods. I slightly smile as I say, "It's perfect." Suddenly Mago reappears and says, "They've reached the middle! There are too many to count Lyra!"

My smile turns wicked as I tap into the Ley lines. My eyes glow as I say, "That's fine Mago. That just means a bigger party." I push my magic into the woods, watching as everything comes to life! The trees literally shudder, moving as they become more animated.

Suddenly, a large pillar of golden light shoots straight out of the middle of the woods. It shoots up into the sky before spreading out into a large circular rune with multiple layers spinning at different speeds and in different directions.

It spreads across the entire woods and even over the estate, covering everything in a blanket of darkness. My eyes continue to glow as I say, "They're all yours now." Bolin looks up at the large rune circling above us before looking over at me and saying, "You are so incredibly sexy... Don't worry, I'll take care of all our guests."

He gives me a dark, bloodthirsty smile before winking and disappearing. He says I'm sexy, but the man was a walking thirst trap. When I hear the first screams, I turn back to the woods with my glowing eyes, a knowing look burning deep within them.

"Let the fun begin..." I whisper.

I use the runes to search through the hundreds of men, looking for Weimin. He messed with the wrong witch. Now it was time to pay up.
