That Emotion Is Anger

Galahad stared down Velgrynd who did the same, before he raised his hands in surrender and sat down on the ground, standing was troublesome. Galahad kept looking at Velgrynd who was smiling at him and asked curiously, "Also how did he know?" he was pretty sure he had never met the guy before. Velgrynd pondered for a bit, "A skill?" even she didn't know, something to investigate. "I'm just going to go ahead....and say he tried to bullshit me." Galahad said with a yawn, there was no such skill or magic at least not yet, of that he was sure. Velgrynd shrugged, "He just told me to open the conversation with that." Galahad chuckled, "So he did try to bullshit me." this was not the mechanical Rudra from the story, rather it was the actual person. Velgrynd shrugged again, "Probably." causing the other people there two stare at them surprised after all they were talking in too light a manner considering they were complete strangers. What no one realized is that Galahad was for some reason getting angrier for no reason, though he hid it well.

As for Galahad himself? He understood that as long as he didn't trigger her Yandere side he was safe and she was pretty easygoing but also hot headed at times. She continued nonchalantly saying, "I want you to leave this place and come with us." she sought what Rudra sought and that was it, for her everything else was uninteresting and could disappear. Galahad scratched the back of his head, "What do you offer.....me?" Curtis who heard his words chuckled a bit, Galahad wasn't one to keep his word he knew that the guy would always go with whatever benefitted him but his desires were somewhat twisted as such there was nothing they could offer him that would make him switch sides.

Velgrynd thought with a hand on her chin, "Umm...Wealth? Power? Women I think? Isn't that what humans want these days?" she couldn't think something up because the only thing she wanted was Rudra, she didn't care about what someone else would want. Galahad immediately replied, "Denied." life as an actual noble or governor and land along with the headaches accompanying it was much more troublesome than a Guardian's life and in terms of status a Guardian far surpasses a noble or a governor. Elena and Curtis nodded their heads in approval of his choice, even though they had seen it coming already.

One of the other men from the Nasca group tried to come near him talking about something but he was blocked by Vert who appeared out of nowhere, "My Master has made his choice." for now she hoped that there would be no combat because even she recognized Velgrynd and that they would definitely lose. Velgrynd smiled dangerously, "It wasn't a question." she would have what Rudra wanted one way or the other. Galahad sweat dropped, this was the problem with women who were too loyal! "But.....I'm open to negotiation!" he suggested quickly, buying some time thinking about whether he even stood a chance in case of a fight. Conclusion? He loses 99 times out of 100, considering her powers she was too overwhelming! but there was also the fact that this was just a double which should have only 10 to 15% of her true power so maybe there was a chance?

"What negotiation?" she asked him curiously, he wasn't getting out of this one she would drag him to the Kingdom by his hair if she had to. Curtis signaled towards Elena who nodded, this was turning dangerous they needed any extra protection they could get, though if Galahad lost then they wouldn't stand a chance anyway. Galahad clicked his tongue and sighed helplessly, "How.....unreasonable." There was another reason he wouldn't fight, that was because his body was in the middle of a changing/evolution type process, anyone could have seen it coming. The two seeds were rejecting each other, probable consider they were completely opposite in nature. Leon turned into a Demonoid from his evolution, Galahad was already a Saint and possessed the Holy Attribute but he also possessed Destruction and the Demon Lord Seed, two concepts that no matter where they met would always reject each other.

At that moment the gates were kicked open and a girl with short blue hair in a maid dress walked in, she looked through everyone and noticed Galahad, she then proceeded to walk over to him and stand behind him like she hadn't just kicked in gates that needed several fully grown men to open them. Vert clicked her tongue, "And you're here." maybe the World wanted to just throw annoyances at her, Bleu sarcastically remarked, "Glad to see you too." but right now she needed to be by her Master's side. Galahad was deep in thought, there was no way out of this except for a fight, "How about I come over....after my contract here is done?" he asked. Velgrynd thought for a bit, "A contract?"

Perhaps it was one similar to her own? Then she could understand it! She pointed at Curtis who was observing the entire room from his throne, "You love him?" she asked honestly. Bleu stared at him with wide eyes, "Master you?" Both Galahad and Curtis paled before simultaneously shouting, "Fuck No!" Curtis had a wife and they weren't gay! What the fuck was wrong with this woman?! He was slightly afraid of her yes but that was too damn far! She slightly tilted her head to the side in confusion, "You don't?" both of them immediately shook their heads, Galahad's head then shot towards Bleu, "Also how could you believe her?!" Bleu laughed awkwardly before looking away and whistling like this wasn't her problem. Curtis cleared his throat, "This is a throne room people!" trying to gain a bit of respect for this place. Velgrynd's head shot towards him, this human was getting a bit too full of himself. Noticing her gaze Curtis nodded, "Alright I'll see myself out." and legit stood up before walking away with Elena, now this may look like it was out of fear which it was but this also allowed him to isolate Galahad, his maids and Velgrynd since he took the other envoys away as well.

Velgrynd folded her arms and nodded, "Smart man." Galahad chuckled right smart man, he was going to have fun calling him a coward later. She looked at Galahad who was still sitting on the ground, "So you coming?" Galahad shook his head, "Like you.....I am this Kingdom's guardian, I can't just abandon my duty like that." he didn't give two shits about it, just this may be a way to appeal to her and get her to walk away, for some reason however he could feel himself getting unnaturally agitated. His words put Velgrynd in thought before she received a thought communication from Rudra himself, now that was entirely possible however Galahad had no idea about it.

After getting the events, Rudra said, 'He seems a good fellow, tell him to swear on his honor that he will indeed come after this contract of his is over.' Velgrynd nodded at his words but there was also something else she wanted to do, she wanted to test him and see if he could actually be of any use or not, "Let's fight." she said simply. Galahad was very annoyed at this moment, of course he could see that Rudra was trying to use him and he couldn't do anything about it! This made him lament his lack of power. While he didn't necessarily mind being used, the way to go about it was wrong! He was being forced into it! That went against his policy of freedom and so he hated it, it frustrated him! If Rudra had come here himself and even played circles around him it was fine! But this was wrong, simply using a trump card to force him into subservience and one so unreasonable was wrong! "Annoyances, Annoyances, Annoyances!"

He smashed his fist on the ground making large cracks on the marble floor and stood up, if this was how it was going to be then fine! Velgrynd smirked at him, "I was about to ask you for a duel, but I can see that's already where we are headed." she provokingly raised her hand and told him to come at her, such provocations were quite useless against someone like Galahad who would never actually get angry and ignore most things that would make a person angry but he was already very annoyed, plus the agitation from being forced and his own body and mentality undergoing changes because of the conflicting elements inside him. This was supposed to be a casual day right?! He was going to laze around, maybe visit the countryside and have fun there, heck he had even had a revelation an epiphany if you will, making him realize what he truly wanted but then these envoys come along and ruin it all!

If they had told him to come along or negotiated he would have, maybe he would have enjoyed the trip to Nasca too, but no this woman just came here and by herself decided that he would go! What gives her that right? Strength? Then he disagreed with that notion from the bottom of his heart! No his very existence denied the notion of being forced in to something by a superior entity. If it was more of the situation forcing him then that was fine too! But she just came along and told him to go or she would drag him there! What's up with that?! He was annoyed more than he had ever been and annoyance can quickly turn in to another emotion.

That emotion is anger!

Velgrynd stared at the teenager in front of her whose aura was skyrocketing as his magicule amounts jumped by leaps and bounds and didn't understand what she did so wrong? After all they the True Dragons were the ones who stood at the top of this world, these measly creatures should just shut up and listen, he should give himself up to Rudra and feel proud of it should he not? She closely stared at him and realized that something was wrong, those two things shouldn't exist in one body! His anger was unnatural! and his agitation and rage could also be due to those two things. "What are you?" she muttered under her breath, this wasn't even her main body.

Yes Galahad's anger was unnatural and her suspicions were entirely correct it was indeed elevated to unnatural levels due to his conflicting existence but the problem is that Galahad right now was very angry, his eyes turned slightly red from the edges and his whole appearance took a wilder turn, his aura exploded causing the ground to shatter and the entire place to shake even Bleu and Vert were surprised by their Master's unnatural change after all he was most of the time as calm as a lake.
