Viktor smiled kindly at her. This woman was amazing.

Hazel Donovan, or rather, Frost.

She was extremely kind, the complete opposite of her husband. Viktor and her had a nice talk before the wedding and she blessed them happily, thankful that her daughter found someone.

Adrienne was never around and the other 2 worried her.

Though she didn't speak to Christian's case, she looked slightly uncomfortable with the fact. However, she still loved him and accepted that he liked men.

What was she supposed to do?

He couldn't change so just let it be…

As for Cordelia… She was still a teenager, Hazel hoped she would grow out of her rebellious period.

Unfortunately, Hazel didn't know that her son and daughter turned to hard drugs from the years of abuse at the hands of Winston.

Viktor noticed it right away as he looked at their faces. To him it was obvious, but for others not so much.

What was interesting was that every single one of Hazel's children were Mutants.

Emma was the strongest one, but the rest still had similar mutations!

Christian could manipulate Astral energy using them as destructive psychic blasts! If he wasn't addicted to drugs, he would be pretty powerful.

In addition, he, Cordelia, Emma, and Adrienne all shared a Familial Immunity Mutation which made their psychic powers useless against each other.

Adrienne had the power to touch an object and find out all of its previous, current, and future owners as well as the past, present, and future of that item. What it did, was, and is going to do or be a part of.

Unfortunately, she was an evil cunt.

Viktor wasn't too sure, but according to similarities between the real world and comics from Christian and Cordelia, she likely killed her previous husband.

She was just an evil woman, nothing more to say.

What was funny was that Hazel and Winston weren't Mutants at all! They were just ordinary people… And Viktor wasn't sure if they knew all their children were Mutants or not…

Anyway!

Emma stared at Viktor at the altar with loving eyes, holding Hazel's arm as she walked forward.

This was probably the best day of her life.

She let go of her mother and smiled at her as she walked past, pulling her wedding dress up and walking up the steps before standing in front of Viktor.

He stared at her and smiled softly, the meaning in his eyes was clear.

Emma didn't even need to read his mind as she just stared at him.

The priest started the ceremony and went on for a while.

Viktor and Emma spoke their vows, put the rings on each other, and finally kissed.

The crowd stood up and clapped.

Most of them were business partners or people looking to invest, coming to show support.

Viktor didn't have any relatives that he knew of and Emma had a smaller family. She didn't even invite her cousin.

It wasn't too grand but Viktor was a slightly famous person and Emma was the CEO of the leading electronics company of the world, so there were a ton of reporters.

A while later

Viktor and Emma were sitting at the table of honor in a luxurious venue. Don't mention it, Viktor didn't book this place…

Tony directly bought the entire building and threw an after wedding party without a word.

The SHIELD agents were at a table to themselves, a man with a suit and blonde hair was standing not too far from them in a corner, and Natasha was at the Bridesmaids table with Pepper.

This wasn't a Chinese Wedding, so people didn't come up to offer him cups of wine. Which made Viktor relieved, he didn't particularly hold his liquor well, which was why when he drank he only drank a little.

At most 3 drinks of hard liquor, at any rate he DID have a One Piece Physique, so it was slightly difficult to get drunk.

However, he strangely still got slightly drunk even only drinking a little… It was strange.

Anyway!

There were no bumps, no accidents, no young masters coming to smash the wedding, no villains plotting to kidnap the bride, no youngsters who have been training since their fiancee was stolen from them just for this day to take revenge…

Everything was peaceful.

The only hiccup, if you want to call it that, was Nick Fury calling him over to chat.

Viktor didn't refuse and excused himself before sitting down with Nick and Coulson. He looked over at the blonde man and nearly had a heart attack.

Hey! Captain America is at my wedding!

Oh. Wait, no.

WHY is Captain America at my wedding?!

He didn't show his shock and turned back to Nick, saying "Honestly, your timing is a bit shit! I really don't have time to play Merry-Go-Round with you."

Nick chuckled and said "I get it. I haven't been able to even see your shadow for a year, you know? I'm getting anxious." Viktor retorted "Aren't you the Director of Shield? You still get anxious?"

Nick didn't answer but asked instead "Are you interested in joining SHIELD? Coulson should've told you about what that entails." Viktor replied "He did. Though, I really don't have the time, nor the interest in joining SHIELD. First of all, I have a lot of things to do and no time to do it. Secondly, I'm just a Doctor. Thirdly, you want me to run around the world saving people left and right? Forget it."

Nick cleared his throat and Coulson interjected "I understand your difficulties but to be honest with you, joining SHIELD won't inhibit you in any way." Viktor asked flatly "You mean getting sent on missions and taking time out of my already packed schedule will not affect me in any way? So the time I have to spend with my wife and relax needs to be filled too?"

He crossed his arms and said "Let me ask you a question. Do you both have a wife?" Coulson and Nick shook their heads and Viktor sneered "Then do you know what happens when you don't spend any time with her? Haha~ You don't have a wife anymore, understand? I'm sorry. I can't join. I don't want to be a Superhero, Agent, etc."

Coulson opened his mouth and Nick spread his hand out in front of him, laughing "Relax, Doctor. We're just here to see your attitude~ There's no pressure, this is a happy day for you and your wife. Congratulations! There's another thing I want to talk to you about, 2 minutes max."

Viktor looked impatient and said "Thank you. What is it?" Nick put Natasha's Nexus Cell Phone on the table and Viktor's face dropped.

The Cell Phone was entirely screen in the front, and black metal in the back with a blood red 'FROST' in the middle.

Nick looked at his expression and said "For your information, Agent Romanoff did not hand this over. I took it." Viktor's expression eased slightly and he replied "Fortunately, she didn't sell me and my wife out as a pair!"

Nick looked embarrassed and coughed, changing the topic "This is your latest Cell Phone, though I seem to remember the global sale isn't the same…"

Viktor looked at him and said "You have the phone and you're still asking me this question? Get to the point, Fury." Nick waved the phone in his hand and said "This tech, I want to partner with you to sell me these and potentially improve it."

Viktor looked at him and frowned "First of all, you should really be talking to my wife about this. It's a Frost phone. Secondly, what kind of improvements?" Nick said blankly "Aircraft integration, worldwide instant communications, headsets, etc."

He paused and Viktor looked at Coulson before saying "You also don't just want this? You just don't want me to freak out, right?" Nick's face changed and he looked at Coulson, saying "Get Doctor Gardens a drink, okay?" Coulson blinked and pointed at himself.

Nick closed his eye and said "Yes, you! Go!" Coulson left the table and Viktor looked at Captain America before turning back to Nick, saying "You didn't tell the antique your idea?" Nick looked at Steve before saying "Tell me what you think."

Viktor frowned and said "Immoral, illegal, absurd, crazy, and disgusting." Nick's face turned ugly then Viktor grinned "But I like making money. Unfortunately, not now." Nick looked at him, waiting for him to explain.

Viktor said directly "First of all, your plan is simply trash if not everyone in the world has a Frost phone. Secondly, are you sure you can keep it under wraps? I don't mean to be that person, but a little birdie told me there were snakes crawling around everywhere, you have to be careful where you step nowadays…"

Nick frowned and narrowed his eye, saying "What?" Viktor leaned over and whispered "I have good word that Senator Stern is Hydra!" Nick's face changed drastically and he said "Where did you hear this from?! Who are you?!"

Viktor looked around and said "Relax. I told you I heard it on the street, right? Through the grapevine. You know how it is… And no, I can't tell you. I appreciate you asking me for permission to talk to my wife about the Frost phone technology. I think you should shelve your big idea for the time being but we can work together in other ways."

Viktor stood up and patted Nick's shoulder, adding "I'll put in a good word for you with the Big Boss… She knows more about the phone than I do." he turned his head to Captain America and saluted before walking away, going back to the table of honor.

Emma was talking with someone and looked over, smiling brightly as she said "Big bear! Come meet my brother!" Viktor was startled.

Fuck! One meeting to another!

Can't I just be lazy?
