Up till now you people have read that the time has moved 23 years forward and it was shown that in all these years the whole CID team including Abhijeet sir remained completely unaware about Daya sir's whereabout and same thing with him… Later it was revealed that it is because Daya sir got married with Dr. Tarika, who was a HIV-positive patient because of a blood transfusion about which Daya sir came to know in time and to save her from getting hurt by people's attitude and to hide the thing from the team, the two got married which was not more than a paper-marriage…
Where after marriage, the two started showing in front if team like Dr. Tarika is facing domestic violence through Daya sir's side and when oldie DUO questioned him with the thing he told them about his doubt on Dr. Tarika that she still loves Abhijeet sir and if they want to save Dr. Tarika then they have to do Abhijeet sir's marriage… Abhijeet sir became really hyper knowing this condition placed by Daya sir and resisted a lot because of not trusting on any thing or person at the time after getting such badly betrayed by his two most important relations when finally after ignoring his all efforts and logics, ACP sir made him marry with Bhavna… Around first three years of their marriage life went really hard and tough for Bhavna because Abhijeet hadn't accepted their relationship and the two were living in same home but far away from each-other when finally after an incident which could be an accident, Abhijeet realized the value of Bhavna and from there they finally started moving forward in the stream of life as a couple and later with the help of Eshaan and Mohina, Abhijeet's children, he found a strong reason to move on and got completely engaged with his family and duty as after the birth of Eshaan, ACP sir took retirement saying he want to spend time with his grand-son who about a year then and Abhijeet sir became the ACP of CID Mumbai…
On the other side, it was shown that after Abhijeet sir's marriage, as per plan, Daya sir and Dr. Tarika went to England for Dr. Tarika's treatment where she could not survive much and died… Later after Dr. Tarika's demise, breaking down completely Daya sir got nervous break-down though he recovered but lost his mental stability and Dr. Sunil shifted him in asylum and requested to one of his friend Dr. Jennie to treat Daya sir as Sunil was not a registered doctor there and Daya sir was required to be admitted in asylum and slowly with some months treatment, Daya sir came back in normal mood and proposed Jennie who accepted his proposal wholeheartedly and the two got married but here destiny again played well and after around two years, Jennie died in a road accident living around five months Aryaan with Daya sir…
Life goes on, on its own flow and track when after around 23 years finally Daya sir went to Haryana to attend Dr. Sunil's daughter's marriage where they got encountered with CID family and then following the circumstances they came to know about the whole truth and the reason of Daya sir and Dr. Tarika's marriage and finally after clearing all the conflicts and misunderstandings, they have become a COMPLETE family again…

DUO nodded him in small smile while moving their gazes around the room to find it nearly the same as in DUO's time when Daya's eyes caught something and after stepping towards there, he silently removed the photo-frame having his own photo there but it was not what attracted his attention, it was the blood on the frame that called him towards itself… He was silently staring the frame when a drop fell from his eye in extreme pain and hurt because of knowing well whose blood that was… Daya moved his moist gaze towards his brother to find him standing near his dressing table in small smile and he felt the pain getting unbearable for him, so throwing the frame there, he instantly left the room with fast steps…
Bhavna in tension: Suniye woh…
Abhijeet cutting her while inhaling deeply with: Ussy rehny doo thori daer akely, theek ho jaye ga…
And then moving his gaze from where Daya had left, he looked towards the photo-frame and with small steps, moved there and grabbed the frame from the floor…

He softly spread his fingers on the smiling face of his brother when inhaling deeply, stepped ahead and hanged that back on its place…
