[Vol 1] Chapter 23 : How i met your mother.

"What the hell dude? You blew my cover , and Doremon why didn't you tell him about me?"

" I did but he went ahead anyway ."

Rousin was displeased, he didn't want to be discovered so soon. The moment Konoe addressed him as the President he blew made everyone know about his identity. So before anyone can make any sense Rousin grabbed him and ran out from the class like the wind.

Konoe, whose face seems to be a bit red, said with a stiff voice, " Uham.. i had to tell you directly and make sure to get you to the office, it's a butler's duty or you would be disqualified."

" Oh come on! disqualified at this expelled at that, just who made these rules?"

" Of course, it's the joint student council . In Estart students are expected to strive for perfection. "

After that Konoe explained how disqualification doesn't mean expulsion. Disqualification is a three-strike process , after three strikes the student would be expelled. As for how someone got a strike, it depends on the situation.

" I got the feeling these rules were put intentionally to put pressure and get rid of less careful students . Who happened to be mostly commoners. right?"

Konoe didn't speak. He kept on walking, leading the way. Rousin was displeased, he grabbed his hand again with a bit of force , " Hey , i asked you something."

" Butler's shouldn't conflict personal opinion with professionalism. That's one of the main tenets of the Servent course. Thus i am unable to provide an answer , now excuse me." then he got rid of his hand from Rousin with great force.

"Sish dude. Your hand is as smooth as a girl's, you'll never complete the Combat Butler course with it." Rousin said thinking it was an insult for Konoe.

But he didn't respond. Konoe just turned around and started walking with speed.

"Hey ! Wait for me." Rousin chased after him.

As Rousin entered the student council building he felt as if walking inside a palace. Up to this point, he found everything had an advanced technological touch, but for a time he realise the elegance, history and authority of the position.

The intricate gilded ornaments and colours abound

across the floors, and each hall and room features its unique style and decorations. The chapel boasts an impressive collection of artwork on its cobalt walls with gold ornamentation. The chandeliers and candlelight create an alluring scenery.

(Wow is this Buckingham Palace or something?)

A while later they came in front of a decorated door. The door opened, it was the warden of the 9th gate butler Sebastian inside.

" You did well Konoe, right on time."

"Now I may take my leave." Konoe bowed his head and gracefully moved out of the room.

Rousin took a glance, the room was quite big. It's a room for the palace, the furniture was in perfect order, and expensive decorations were all over the place, yet expressing elegance and warmth that simply can't be found anywhere. It seems he had walked inside a room in Versailles or Buckingham Palace.

Sebastian bowed slightly, and said with eloquence, " Welcome Mr President, it's a pleasure to meet you. We have met before, I am here to finalise your appointment and inform you about your duties as the President of the student council. I hope my suggestions will be useful to you. "

Before Rousin could say anything an elegant voice spoke with authority, " That won't be necessary Mr Sebastian. After all, the Vice President has to guide The President. I am sure you have a lot of other duties to attend to, you don't have to bother about the student council's affairs, so please."

Rousin looked at the girl that just came in. He couldn't help but stare at her in a trance, for the girl in front of him was the personification of beauty itself.

As Konoe came out of the room she breathed a sigh of relief.

"Sigh~ it's okay he didn't find out. What's with that guy? Do boys behave like this with each other."

Konoe grumbled, looking at the red brushes on her right hand. Yes, Konoe was a girl. But she was in a butler's suit.

Her family had served the Suyzutsuki family as butlers for generations. But because of her elder brother's sudden death, there is no one left in her family to inherit the butler's position in the Suzutsuki family.

So to fulfil her father's wish she decided to enrol in the servant course, if she succeeds she would be able to officially take the position of butler.

Up until now, she didn't have to interact with anybody except her mistress. And she looks like a pretty boy when dressed up, so she mostly gets attention from the girls.

So when Rousin aggressively came at her she didn't know what to do. This is the first time she came so close to any boy.

Her first impression turned out to be very bad, what's more, she knew very well about Rousin's 'achievements'. If it weren't for the head of the 'combat butler' teacher asking her she would have never taken this task.

"I must keep my mistress away from that lecherous boy. Maybe I should tell the family head to get rid of him."

After calming down she thought there is no need to do that. As a commoner, there is no way the aristocracy would allow him to stay in that position for long. Being from a family that's close to the nobility, she knew this is bound to happen.

Though she's a commoner too, she had no sympathy for Rousin. She is only loyal to her mistress.

" Hmf.. nice meeting you pervert. I hope this is the first and last time we meet." Then she walked out with a smile.

The girl has long black hair with bangs on both sides of the front of the hair, and bright red irises. Her bright red eyes hold unfathomable arrogance that radiates from her confidence.

Her perfect feminine beauty is complemented by her tall slim figure and long legs which make her simply look stunning. Her porcelain white skin, combined with aristocratic noble bearings make it seem like a princess descended from heaven.

Despite clearly being from a high-born family she has little to no ornaments on her, not any makeup. But her simplicity amplified her beauty and perfectly reflects her elegance.

( Perfect...) That's the only word Rousin could think of to describe the girl in front of him. He woke up hearing Butler Sebastian's voice.

"Miss. Shinomiya, with all due respect Mr The president is a newcomer. He is not aware of his duties or proper procedure. So I hope to provide my experience in service to the President to smoothly function the student council." butler Sebastian spoke politely without showing any emotions.

"Pardon me for overstepping my boundaries sensei, but did you get permission from the University council or the principal about this? If I am not mistaken you have a class to attend in 15 minutes. Though it might be a bit rude if sensei willingly came late in the class won't that set a bad example? After all, the negligence of duty is the sin of a servant." Kaguya spoke calmly with a perfect poker face, without a shred of emotion.

(ouch..) Even Rousin thought it was too much.

Butler Sebastian didn't speak. There was pin-drop silence in that huge room. The atmosphere was becoming unbearable, butler Sebastian finally spoke,

"Yes, Miss Shinomiya, you are right. I was being negligent in my duties. Thank you for reminding me, I apologize for my misconduct."

" Please, no need to humble yourself sensei, everyone makes mistakes. I apologise for my rudeness." Kaguya had a victory smile on her face but still, she apologized owing to her aristocratic bearing.

Butler Sebastian turned towards him. " Excuse me, Mr President, I will take my leave."

Rousin who watched the entire exchange knew something fishy is going on. The moment she came in she insisted on getting rid of butler Sebastian while he was just here for help.

He wanted butler Sebastian to stay but didn't know what to do. A part of him also wanted him to leave so he could be alone with a girl.

" Hmm. Sebastian sensei can you ple..."

" Sebastian sensei had to be present in his class. According to article 378a para 9 impeding or disturbing a teacher is a punishable offence. Alongside a disqualification strike, the student in question will not be able to attend that class. At this point as an unproven councillor Mr Mikoshiba would lose his nomination for the Presidency if he took such an offence. The penalty would take effect immediately. So, be careful of your next words Mr Mikoshiba."

Rousin almost bit his tongue. Before he could say anything the girl just overwhelmed him.

Butler Sebastian smiled softly at him, " Mr. President please be careful not to break any laws or regulations as you are still not the President yet , thus no diplomatic immunity. You need to properly run the student council to officially take over the presidency. Failure to do that would result in losing your nomination for the Presidency.

Also, you will only get your paycheck after you officially become President."

Rousin was shocked, he felt he had been seen through.

Before leaving the room butler Sebastian gave him a book. Though he took out the book from his blazer, Rousin thought it could be used for weightlifting.

"This book contains all the duties, laws and regulations of a president. Think of it as a constitution of Estart University. I hope it'll be useful to you." After that, he left the room gracefully. Now there were only two of them in the room.

The girl finally broke the silence.

" My apologies, I still haven't introduced myself. I am Kaguya Shinomiya, Vice President of the student council. I hope The president won't be late next time."

Rousin upon gazing at the girl of his dreams murmured wryly, " Well kids this is how I met your mother, while I couldn't take my eyes off her she had a fake smile, eyes filled with contempt."
