Chapter 166: Girlfriend (Edited)

After a few moments of silence, the Weasley living room erupted at Fish's sudden words.

At this point, Harry Potter didn't even seem that important.

The Weasley family quickly gathered around him, the most excited were the twins, George and Fred.

"Oh my God, did I hear right? Percy has a girlfriend?"

"I can't believe anyone can put up with Percy's boring topics... That girl must be an angel."

The twins showed exaggerated expressions, jumping up and down beside Percy, joking.

That was why Percy had tried to hide it: he didn't want the twins to tease Penelope along with him.

"You two, shut up!"

Mrs. Weasley shot a fierce glare at the twins and then approached Percy with interest.

"What kind of girl is she? why don't you invite her to our house?"

The others pricked up their ears, and even the twins moderated their teasing for a moment, but they took Percy's girlfriend very seriously.

Percy, however, merely ducked his head, red-faced, and when the questioning got to be too much, he merely said "I'm going to my room" and fled the living room in embarrassment.

"Oh, our Prefect is shy."

Fred joked with a grin, which resulted in Percy running away faster.

Ginny and Ron laughed aside, they rarely saw Percy in such a state of embarrassment.

"Cut the crap! Tell me what kind of girl that Penelope is."

Mrs. Weasley had no choice but to ask the twins.

However, the twins didn't know much about the other older students in the house, let alone that they weren't quidditch players, so they had very little information on Penelope.

Not everyone was as well known in all the years and houses as Fish was.

So they had to make their own guesses.

"Goodness is safe, after all, she can put up with Percy."

"Maybe, like Percy, someone strict."

"That reminds me, that seems to be the name of the Ravenclaw Prefect."

"That's for sure, she's as strict as Percy."

It was impossible to hear good things about Percy from the twins, and after learning that Penelope was also a Prefect, the twins, who thought only a fool would be a prefect, began to tease him mercilessly.

"George! Fred!" Mrs. Weasley snarled as she grabbed the twins by the ears, one by one, much to Fish's dismay.

"Sorry Mum, we don't know Percy's girlfriend."

Like Fish, the twins did not hesitate to give in to their mother's wrath.

Mrs. Weasley let go of his hand and looked at Ron.

But Ron, a first year, knew even less about Penelope, waved his hands and shook his head, "I've never heard that name before."

Seeing that she couldn't count on her son, Mrs. Weasley turned her attention to Fish.

"Meow?" ?w?

From the beginning, the Weasley's conversation made Fish feel puzzled and he couldn't understand why everyone was so excited to hear Sister Penelope's name.

"Fish, what can you tell me about Penelope?" asked Mrs. Weasley softly.

"Say what?" asked Fish, wiggling his ears in confusion, the question was too complicated for the kitten to understand.

"It's about what she's like." Mrs. Weasley seemed a little anxious when it came to her favorite Percy.

"Didn't Fred just say, nya, that Sister Penelope is the Ravenclaw Prefect, her full name is Penelope Clearwater, and I've always called her Sister Curly Hair."

Fish, however, failed to get his point across.

"And what about other things? Like her looks and personality and all that."

Mrs. Weasley then remembered Fish's situation and patiently explained.

"Sister Penelope's hair is curly and pretty."

The cat's first concern was always the hair when it came to her appearance.

"As for her personality... she is very gentle with Fish, she always gives me good food, she is a good person nya!". ?(●ΦwΦ●)?

Although Fish's answer was slightly out of place, Mrs. Weasley was pleased.

The fact that she was the head of Ravenclaw meant she was smart enough, and pretty enough, and kind enough, so what was there to be dissatisfied about?

So she turned to the twins, warning them not to make jokes about Penelope when they got back to school, and telling Ginny to get on Penelope's good side when she could, as if she were her future daughter-in-law.

"Okay, Mum, I have to write to Harry again."

Seeing Mrs. Weasley start to favor Percy again, Ron felt extremely impatient, excused himself, picked up Hermes and left the room.

"I'm going to go help Ron see if there are any grammatical errors."

The twins also took the opportunity to drag Ginny and Fish with them, escaping their chatter.

"Come on, it's just that Percy has a girlfriend, does Mum have to get so nervous?"

Not only Ron, but also the twins and Ginny complained about Mrs. Weasley's favoritism, and as soon as they left the room, they started complaining.

As Fish listened to their complaints, he couldn't help but ask curiously, "Fred, what's a girlfriend?"

"Well... a girlfriend..." Fred thought for a moment and replied, "It's a friend who is very close and they could live together like mom and dad."

"Oh, so Fish has a lot of girlfriends!" ?(●ΦwΦ●)?

"Lots of girlfriends?"

Ginny was taken aback by this, her eyes instantly widening.

"Yes, nya, there are many sisters who have said they want to be with Fish."

The kitten nodded proudly, seeing no problem with her words.

The twins, who knew Fish was telling the truth, covered their chests at the same time in silence, feeling a sense of distress.

Although they knew that most of these words were inaccurate, they were still heartbroken.

Not wanting to continue this sad topic, George quickly changed the subject and asked, "By the way, Fish, where are you going to sleep tonight? If Harry comes later, he'll probably be in the same room as Ron, so you can choose between us and Percy."

Despite being stabbed in the heart by Fish, their affinity made the twins want to spend more time with him.

"I want to sleep with Errol and Hermes nya!" ?(●ΦwΦ●)?

Fish gave an unexpected answer.

It's weird that Minerva isn't here, so he doesn't want to sleep in the bed honestly!

"Well...okay..."

Thinking about Fish's habit of sleeping everywhere he went at school, George thought he was asking too much, even if he got his own room, would he sleep in it?

George turned his head to look at Ginny, who was unsure, and said to Fish, "You can sleep wherever you want, but you can't go into Ginny's room."

"I don't go into girls' rooms!" ?(●ΦДΦ●)?

Fisch protested loudly, then said something that made George and Fred jealous, "I only went into the girls' dormitory at the beginning of the term, and I knew I couldn't do that after I heard Minerva's story."

"I can't believe you were in the girls' dormitory!"

The twins looked at each other silently, reinforcing their desire to learn how to become Animagus.
