Demon Follower

The light of the torches hanging on the walls reflected brightly on the sword weapons of the guards they faced, creating a more dramatic atmosphere. The room that had been a place of debate was now a battleground.

The guards sworn to Lord Elias surrounded the two Band of de Sun members in a tight formation. Five well-trained guards, dressed in shiny armor, were ready for the uninvited arrival of Theo and Catallina. Their gleaming weapons were sharp, ready to stop any suspicious movement.

The battle began with a surprise attack from one of the guards, his weapon streaking towards Theo. With quick reflexes, Theo dodged the attack, pushed the guard back, and delivered a small blow to his body. The guard staggered, and Catallina who was standing behind him immediately attacked with a succession of arrows, knocking one of the guards to the floor. They managed to break the cage.

Catallina struggled against the other two guards. She shot an arrow at the foremost soldier, but the other soldier managed to deflect the arrow with his sword. Not stopping there, Catallina attacked with a punch at the warrior who parried her attack earlier, but at the same time, the protected warrior suddenly appeared with a stab of his sword. Catallina, who was surprised, dodged but did not give up her intention to still suppress the two soldiers, however, the guards did not want to lose, and they continued to attack fiercely.

Theo, on the other hand, had finished his fight, he ran over to Catallina and quickly assisted. The two collaborated perfectly, facing the remaining guards with coordinated movements. Within moments, the last guard also fell, completing their victory in this battle.

The room that was once calm and glittering with luxurious decorations was now filled with chaos. The bodies of the guards lying on the floor, some of them severely injured, were mute witnesses to the battle that had taken place. Their blood littered the originally clean floor, creating an eerie contrast to the beauty of the room.

General Dorgs, who had witnessed Theo and Catallina's fight up close, moved closer to the two of them. He left his position faithfully beside his master, General Tobias. "I knew they weren't your opponents. I don't like to talk too much," General Tobias said as he quickened his pace. Once at attack range, he took out a large sword from its sheath, a white sword that looked very heavy. The weapon had two sharp, shiny eyes on each side. "How about we get started right away!"

"Cata, are you up to it?" asked Theo as he turned to Catallina.

"Don't change the plan, you underestimate me, huh?!!" replied Catallina angrily as she darted towards General Tobias, gripping the sword in her right hand and the crossbow in her left.

TRUNK!!!

There were two loud sounds as two pieces of metal met in the room. Catallina faced General Dorgs, who looked strong and experienced, drawing his sword with a dismissive smile. "What a surprise! It's the princess," Dorgs said with a ferocious look on his face.

Catallina kept a firm grip on her sword. "I won't let you live!"

Dorgs continued to press forward. "You think you can fight me, princess?"

The battle began. Although Catallina did not have the fighting experience of Dorgs, she was able to dodge the General's sword attacks with quick and agile movements.

Meanwhile, Theo carefully sneaked forward, past General Dorgs and Catallina, towards Lord Elias who seemed to be making a strange movement behind his desk. Theo suspected that Lord Elias was performing a dark ritual. Lord Elias was dressed in robes similar to those worn by the demonic followers of the Okren forest. His eyes were closed, and his body was filled with darkness.

Theo jumped onto the table carefully. As his footsteps landed on the table, papers and stationery scattered, and then Theo jumped again while swinging his sword towards Lord Elias who was below him. However, before his sword could hit the target, Lord Elias quickly opened his eyes and dodged the attack with incredible reflexes.

Lord Elias spoke in a dark voice. His eyes turned red, and dark shadows began to appear around his body. "You want to stop me, prince?"

"You are a demon follower," Theo said in disbelief.

In that instant, two battles were underway in one room. Dorgs and Catallina continued to fight a fierce battle, with their swords clashing and clanking in a series of swift attacks and defenses.

Dorgs attacked ferociously. "You don't stand a chance against me, princess!"

Catallina continued to dodge the attacks, rolled away, then raised her hand and shot several arrows. General Dorgs was taken by surprise, and one of the arrows managed to pierce the general's thigh. However, the wound didn't stop him, and he managed to dodge the other arrows with a single slash of the greatsword.

On the other side, Theo and Lord Elias were engaged in an increasingly heated battle. Lord Elias was a formidable opponent, using a sword shrouded in dark power to counter Theo's attacks. The flash of the sword and the play of shadows created an increasingly dramatic fight.

Theo tried hard to dodge Lord Elias' sword attacks, and in Theo's view, his sword seemed as translucent as a shadow but felt solid when their swords met.

Lord Elias with eyes that radiated darkness. "I will destroy you!"

Instantly, the shadows around Lord Elias' body moved and converged on his sword. He raised his sword high, then swung it quickly towards Theo. A huge slash appeared accompanied by a hot gust of wind and a terrifying black shadow.

Theo, who had originally planned to take the attack, changed his mind and jumped and rolled to dodge. His body ended up hitting the wall of the room. After the black shadow disappeared, Theo was shocked to see the effect of the attack. The soldier's lifeless body suddenly began to shrivel up as if being sucked in by something invisible.

"Damn it, do magic and demons exist!" said Theo with wide eyes and unconcealed fear.
