Comments of chapter undefined of MHA: Hurricane

Thinking about it, Monoma might actually be rather weak when borrowing the quirk. My logic is that it has properties of a stockpile quirk, because the MC has to strain his body to reinforce it stronger. Thus Monoma would get the "baseline" of his quirk, a dopey little dragon that isn't much of a threat, with near enough no control over his wind.
