Juan Delroy Maximo, or Maximo in short, the People's Emperor, was walking briskly through the halls of Malacanang as the bright sun envelopes the surroundings. He was quite in a rush, as expected from being an emperor. One after another, there's a lot to be done for the recovery of the Empire and for it to safeguard its citizens. Just earlier he was signing a bunch of papers, contracts and agreements alike so that the civilian industry would grow much more and to speed up the process of the military industry that was being rebuilt after the New Year's Tragedy washed most of it away.
