In regards to your question about romance author. Personally I lean on Yuri and rarely like Female Lead/Male relationships, unless I like the male character. However there are like maybe 3 in all of anime I would actually like to be in a relationship with a female lead. But for this story, now that I have thought about it, I feel as though no romance would suit her very well and would make sense for her character as a whole. But whilst she has no romance she could make more meaningful connections with Shisui and Itachi where they're extremly good friends who truly can help eachother in every aspect that a relationship could provide(except sexual stuff or other intimate stuff). It would also make sense and she is going to be Anbu and would kind of fit into her job. I don't know if Anbu are allowed relationships and even if they are, i would presume such a job is taxing on said relationship due to what there work pertains too. Btw this is just my take author and how i view it. In the end its your choice and im not going to try to force you to implement this into your story(even though i can't). This is just me giving suggestions to take into consideration.
