Comments of chapter undefined of I Am Frisk: An Undertale/Worm CYOA Story

In canon, I doubt it? Not exactly stated but Undyne does have determination enough to bring her back to life. And she didn't overpower Flowey's control over the timeline. In my story I am admittedly probably buffing Flowey. Its not exactly known how powerful he is without the SOULS so I just put him at the higher end. Meaning someone who doesn't posses the determination soul trait will be unable to naturally overpower his control of the timeline.
