Sooo do I need to read the I hate systems novel to understand this one or it can wait ? Because this novel interests me more

It's not necessary to read 'I Hate Systems' novel. I've written this in such a way that it is pretty standalone. Though, there's no harm in reading IHS, because pretty much all the characters here are introduced there from a different perspective. So, you might come to enjoy that too. Depends on you in the end whether or not you want to read IHS. You won't be lost reading PADS alone.
