I arrived an hour late and the first vocal training had ended. Hurrying to the dance room just to fit in before my lateness will be noticed but I end up bumping into our master Gyuk.

"Oops," I exclaimed immediately lifting my head slowly to see who and shutting it immediately I realized who it was.

"Lateness Bella; what is your excuse ?...no excuse...and you didn't train your vocal yesterday" All this he asked on one goal. I nodded in response to everything he was saying with a mischievous smile displaying on my cheeks.

"Just for you to know that your training tutor is waiting for you in the vocal room...hurry up and don't keep him waiting," he said tapping my shoulders as he left.

"Training tutor" I widened my eyes running back to the vocal rooms only to meet the previous savage dude. This is the opposite of who I was expecting, I don't know what to do as I walked carefully tippy-toe backward trying to escape him but his snigger halt my plan.

"What are you sniggering at?"... I raise a finger at him.

"B' is for lazy student" he laughed hysterically, a  tinkling sound that has my eyes flitting at him in surprise. I breathe a sigh shaking my head as I was out of what to say to him. Standing there, I started second-guessing my next step, my eyes widened at a thought that came to my mind but it was too late, and the supposed beat me to it.

"Over to the mic stand," he commanded.

Still shocked at his command I shrugged nonchalantly standing there hands akimbo waiting for his next action.

"Don't suck at me! Pick up your mic let's get this done miss; I have something else to do" he said with a poker face.

I looked at him, dumbfounded by his words without much questioning I move to the mic stand.

"Mtcheeeeew...You are such a tearjerker" I blurted out grabbing the mic and climbing up the stage to train on my voice.

"I have been searching....desperately trying....for meaning...... I began hitting a high octave.

"That's completely offbeat!... listen to the keys and follow them calmly; don't stress your voice running straight to the high pitch, carefully pick your voice gently and see how to attain such pitch..." I nodded following his instructions but he wasn't buying it.

"Girls are always born with a sweet voice, but it seems Miss exchanged hers in her past life..... here, have a drink before you block my ears with your angelic voice..." He sniggered, handing me a bottle of water.

I looked at the chilly guy with a stern, no-nonsense face and a confident stance. Dumbfounded on what to say as I steep my hands over my face.

"Why are you such a jerk"...I uttered audibly in disbelief.

"drink up and let's proceed" he answered in unmanly.

"Jeez, I can't believe you" I  rose an eye at him. he looked too calm to be acting this way.

"Look kid; I have other things to do.... being your tutor doesn't mean I should be stuck in here with you all day long".

"I am not a kid", I hiss through gritted teeth, "and being my tutor doesn't mean you should bad mouth my efforts...look you already killed my zeal" I scoff.

His face goes blank as he absorbs my words, and I continue before he gets a chance to interrupt me again.

" This is the first time I've ever done something like this. I was told I should discover my hidden talents but nobody told me to get ready to be criticized by my tutor" I give out a little smile but my smile dissolves into a scowl when he scoffs at my words.

"Cut the crap and move to the mic stand," he deadpans, moving straight to the keyboard stand.

"Yahhhhhhhh yo...

"Shut up... I'm not done talking" he cuts me off. "Miss over to the mic stand, you are here to train and not to question your tutor"

My eyes moved from the mic stand to the man beside me, readying myself to throw a fist at him if he was some kind of a kid, but it never happens, and my breath hitches in my throat.

"Do what you came here for; keep your sassy attitude aside and let's get to business now" he stretched his hands towards the mic, picking it up and handing it to me.

My mouth clamps shut, and for a moment, I almost swear at him, or turn around and walk straight out of the room but none of this was happening, shaking my head I took the mic from him.

"Calling me sassy when you are the real sassy can not be funny to me" I scoffed audibly snuggling the mic with my arm.

"Better safe than sorry" he snorted, a silent smile lifting his lips.

I have been avoiding Daisy ever since we had our previous talk and here it seems she has been avoiding my eye contact. When we ended our lesson for the day, I decided to approach her myself.

" Hi Daisy," I said once she was done packing her stuff and readying to go home.

" Hi Bella.... seems you are still trying to hit that crazy high pitch of yours; more reasons you spent time in the vocal room, right? She smiled as she walked closer to me.

"Daisy I just want to apologize for my previous manners; I hope you don't own it against me" I uttered and she simply turn her gaze on me.

"Awwwwwww don't be in such an awful mood Bella;  I understand you.. okay," she said, her eyes usually so vibrant and full of energy, and her beauty today was on another level, it was earthly, the kind that will stop a man in his track, suck in him and make him forget how to speak or breathe.

"With this dressing Daisy....where are you going"... I rose an eyebrow and she chortle loudly, throwing her head backward.

"You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs"...she said with a wink.

"Wow!! Wow!! Now I understand the saying variety is the spice of life"... I jibed in gradually studying her breathtaking dress.

"Wanna tag along with me".. she asked playfully dragging me to her place, I free myself by running around the room and she keep chasing me playfully and will end up causing a bedlam scene, that when  the other trainees entered the room, they end up laughing at our childish act

I arrived at Dance Academy a few minutes after waiting for the last bus at the station and lucky I was able to get one.

I put on my facemask and my black glasses as Hoseok always do, even though I never understood his reasons for that, but just in case.

Entering the premises I was beckoned by the security, a young vibrant man in his earlier thirties summoned me and I hurried up to answer him and luckily I was with me y ID which Hoseok drafted for me.

I showed the ID to him without revealing my face and he nodded,  thereby giving me access to the premises.

I bow down respectfully to him and hurriedly run to the elevator stand.

Coming out of the elevator, I meet the previous lady 'Jang Min "She waved at me immediately approaching me with a sweet smile displayed on her lips.

I know she must have recognized, or did Hoseok tell her I was coming?  Whichever ways.

"Eoonie, Welcome. Here,  Boss is inside she said leading the way to Hoseok's office. Immediately we reached the office she bow leaving me at the office door.

I stood there for a few seconds, Jang Min, I called and she run back to me, eyes muddled on why I was calling.

"How old are you?"

"I just turn twenty." She replied almost confused about why I asked.

"Twenty years," I repeated her age like it was some kind of lyric in my mouth. "I'm still your Eoonie" I grin,

inhale deeply before opening the door.
