10,000 years ago in a different world, the hero of that time defeated the dark god, restoring the world back to normal. Going back home, he died of natural causes. His soul being reincarnated as a inhabitant of the world with the blessings of the gods. He becomes the messager of gods and other beings, hoping another will take his place.
The story has been told for so long, yet not one can truly remember the reason why.
[Why did the hero come when he had no ties to their land?]
The hero was summoned by the Verity Royal Family. A name that still stands to this day.
The hero was just the same age as the crown prince and Duke's heir. 17 years old. The three got along quite will despite the status quo, one being of common blood yet a hero, one of high noble blood, and the last being of royal blood.
The hero trained along side the two, understanding the ways of this world he was brought into. Even if his appearance is something of rarity. Hair black as the night, yet hints of reddish hue. Eyes like obsidian with a blue hue. A face perfectly craved by a God's hand, muscles in the right places. Eyebrows that were like a single stroke of a painters brush.
The hero was kind and gentle to all he sees, even to the nobility who were honestly surprised the most. He was like a living painting, learning and watching all who moves.
But, the reason was not of greeting. The reason for the hero's summoning was because of great calamity. The hero had being summoned before the calamity can truly awakening, training to stop it.
The hero sets off with the Crown Prince and the Duke's heir, only to meet new races unknown to him and his own world. Elves of different kind, Fairies, dwarves, beast people, vampires, and so on. Many princes and Duke's heirs came along side with the hero.
Eventually they were greeted by the calamity, the growing demon king, Alsmond. It took three full days to truly kill the demon king. The hero was gifted a grand celebration by all races, who had came together. The hero left back home soon after.
That was 10,000 years ago. Verity Kingdom is now an Empire, dominating amongst half the country. Yet the name had changed, Vailant Empire. The light races, dark races, and neutral races live within the Empire freely without worry. To this day, a grand celebration is held for the hero.
Until signs showed a new demon king awakening, hence, the imperial family has started to summon a new hero.
