So, let me get this straight. He has the power to seduce any woman and the first he goes after is Midoriya's mother? I mean, he could have aimed higher like a politician, a member of the Hero Association or even the PM's wife or daughter that way he could meet All Might much more easier but instead he goes and rapes a weak willed woman? Now this is an example of low brain power to the author's side.

In My Hero Academia, do you really think a person with that kind of power to be near One For All or All for One will be weak for MC to handle. Killing someone equal to a little stronger then Mc himself by tricking them is what Mc can do but controlling someone of equal strength or stronger than you is not possible for early chapter.
