Seeing the situation ended the police was quick to take on the action as they quickly apprehended and handcuffed the unconscious villain.
The hero on the other hand was now pinched in an awkward situation so the only thing they can do for now is try to save their reputation.
They slowly approach Yoriichi and waited for the camera to focus on them so they can get that extra clout.
"T-that was unnecessary and dangerous kid, We got everything under control"
The Hero in lead said with the rest nodding in agreement at him, this caught the attention of everyone as they looked at them in curiosity.
Yoriichi on the other hand was not amused by this, he slowly turned his head at the heroes and said.
"Under control?"
Though the voice was quite soft and gentle the anger behind it was undeniable as even the one watching on tv felt it.
Hearing this the hero replied.
"Yes, Young man we got everything under contr-"
But he was quickly cut off as the boy said in anger at them.
"You got nothing under control. If I was just late even by a second those two Heroes would've died!!" Yoriichi said and pointed at the couple who was currently being treated by now because of the heavy injury they sustained in the battle.
"You were watching for the entire time without doing anything not even helping even when you knew that this duo wasn't clearly winning"
"So don't fucking tell me you got everything Under fucking control, you cowards!!"
"Years of Heroic education wasted upon you."
"I know what your schemes are, you intend to let this situation get bigger so when you take the big bad villain you would look more impressive but when you saw that you don't stand a chance you just stayed right in your place rooted, shivering and instead of apologizing for your cowardness you tried to find ways to save yourself planning how to save your reputation!!."
(A/N: Again this isn't canonically acurate)
"Those two have families for fuck's sake if those two died because of your stupidity what would happen to the people they would leave behind."
Yoriichi ranted in anger as he knew that if those two died because of this they would leave behind Kota a young kid whose future would've been ruined because of this hero's selfish nature and this villain.
All of them were taken aback by Yoriichi's rant as some of them even find it logical.
The heroes do indeed do nothing to help their fellows even when they were seeing that the couple was in a dangerous position.
Currently, this was being shown live on tv and on the internet so the whole Japan heard this. His rants do have a point clearly the heroes have the numerical advantage and if they did work together they can find some way out to handle this but as shown and said by Yoriichi the heroes choose to maintain their silence and not help the duo at all.
And then it has become the go sign for the internet, all the people on the internet started to do their job as they started to do what they are good at. Ranting.

Minutes after this Yoriichi was taken to the police station for illegal use of quirk but thankfully Allmight came and said he will be the one who will take responsibility for Yoriichi's action. The police weren't able to do anything because The no.1 literally vouch for him, and furthermore what the boy did was justifiable if they do anything rash to him the entire media would rage at them.
Though Allmight scolded him he was quite proud of the young boy.
This sensation brought ripples throughout Japan and it only died down after about 2 weeks. The Water Hose duo thanked him deeply though they too scolded him for interfering at such dangerous situation they were still thankful nonetheless. And with that the situation with Mascular ended. Mascular was sent to Tartarus. Yoriichi returned back to his normal life training everyday and he became quite famous because of this, even his appearance became quite the sensation and even his angry voice look charming that sends girls wetting themselves.
And so time passed.
