(Freya PoV)

Sitting on my throne I stared at the agitated goddess of forge in front of me, her only companion is her child Tsubaki when she demanded an audience without any prior arrangement however as a fellow goddess, I can't really turn her away.

Her purpose in coming is for me to give her lover back to her, which is confusing as the Hephaestus I know is calm and clear-headed, contrary to her current self.

While I may know where he is as I ordered some of my children to tail him, I don't really like how she suddenly barge into my Familia just to falsely accuse me.

I can't deny that I was a little interested in him as Hephaestus even uses her Arcanum to hide his soul from me however I was just only curious at first.

However, it seems I finally found him, my Odr.

Earlier a few hours ago I felt an immense magnitude and purity of soul at Ishtar Familia where he was, it just abruptly appeared without any indication, and I was instantly mesmerized by its flawless beauty that was beyond perfection.

While Bell has an innocent and clear soul David was like a moon in a clear night sky, even with an unending number of stars he stood out without any difficulties as comparing them is not worthy.

However, his soul also disappeared immediately, which only solidified Freya's assumption that it was him, Hephaestus's lover as she especially tried to protect him from her.

Immediately I ordered Ottar to retrieve him from Ishtar's home. I don't care if she retaliates as I can do whatever I want, or even when Hephaestus overheard my order.

"So it's not you who didn't kidnap David, I'm sorry for my accusations Freya."

Calming herself after the earlier outburst, Freya examined the red-haired goddess and contemplated about something that might cause great havoc to Orario however it would be only a deterrent to both of them.

"I want you to share David with me Hephaestus."

Freya suddenly dropped a bomb which broke Hephaestus's composure after regaining it just shortly. After endless years of waiting and looking her Destiny finally comes.

All this time she had created and destroyed too many things to find him and there's nothing he couldn't do just to have him, even sharing him with another woman is not a problem as long as he loves him.

"I know that this is sudden, but I finally found him, my Destined One and in exchange, I will ensure him and his soul when he perishes, granting us the chance to be with him in his every reincarnation, what do you think, Hephaestus?"

Hephaestus was confused at first but finally comprehended what happened, it seems when Freya first saw David earlier she already had an eye on him which end up in her knowing that Ishtar kidnapped him.

'I know that he is outstanding, but I didn't know that he is this special to be Freya's destined one, it seems hiding his soul is just for a naught'

"I cannot decide for him, Freya, however, if he will accept you without charming him then I will also agree as long as you will do your promise."

She knows that with her innate ability, Freya can charm anyone, even gods. That's why she had to make sure that David is not influenced by her ability when he makes his decision.

"You don't have to worry as I will pursue him truly and as a goddess of beauty I am confident in my charm."

While still swirling a glass of wine in her hand Freya has already decided to share her Odr as Hephaestus and Goibnui is one of the richest and has the most influential Familia in the Orario, additionally, they even have an existing contract with Loki to protect David until he reaches level 5.

She also deduced that David is immune to her charm as Ishtar is known to forcefully charm anyone she fancied yet the Gulliver brothers told her that he is safe without any implications.

However, it seems one of her problematic children, Allen tried to do something thankfully Ottar was there to handle the situation.

'Allen sure is trying my patience, I don't mind him harming others, but I won't tolerate anything untoward my David'

"Why would you want me to share him with you, Freya, I know that you can control everyone in Orario to have him, yet you didn't, I don't mean that I hate it, however, I just couldn't understand it."

"Because he may be immune to my charm and what you don't realize is that you are his only being, like how those Soma children are addicted to Soma wine, you are his addiction and obsession however you didn't taint him Hephaestus, but you give his life and soul a reason or else ill rather have you dead than tarnish him."

Sipping her wine she continued her explanation.

"That's why I can't forcefully take him away from you because it would only destroy him, love cannot be underestimated Hephaestus especially if it became an obsession."

Freya is extremely jealous of Hephaestus because she had what she really wants while the red-haired goddess is thankful for David's skill Magen David or else she might really be charmed and forget about him, a fate which is way worse than death.

While the two goddesses are silently confronting each other, Tsubaki on the other hand is confused about the whole situation.

'It seems Welf won't have any chance if she prefers girls over boys.'

Ottar looks at the defeated Allen without any expression, he knows that the day will come when their goddess will finally find her Destined One and all of them would probably be forgotten.

He thought that it could be Bell, the white-haired adventurer of Hestia Familia which he closely observed, but it seems her goddess changed her mind.

Ottar knows that Bell has a good future however while walking toward Allen he knows that David is the best of the two of them.

"I could have killed you myself if I know that you're lying Allen, be thankful that I don't."

Turning back afted giving him a warning he rushes to catch up to David, remembering his earlier feat, he knows that no one beside him can handle the young man when enraged.

Leaving Allen in a dark street with a broken body and still bleeding empty socket on his eyes, he has an unfocused look trying to recollect what happened.

'What happened how could I be defeated?'

'I'm only doing this for us, how could he leave me?'

'Did I do something wrong?'

'No it is not my fault, it is that bastard's fault!'

Remembering the enraged face of David he can't help but feel a shiver in his spine until finally all the pain in his body hit him all at once.

"Arghh!"

Crumpled and abandoned he became mad at the thought of being discarded after all the things that he have done, even the pain that almost broke him was overwhelmed by his outrage.

"Do you need help young man?"

Suddenly a voice whispered in the darker part of the street, Allen became alert as he never felt any presence when he appeared, looking for his trusted spear he failed when he remember that his right eye was taken.

His broken face became distorted while clutching his right face, his vision became blurry when he finally saw the owner of the voice, he wears a black hat, a mask that's primarily black and white, a black cloak with 11 masks, and black gloves.

"Let me help you, young man."

"Hephaestus!"

Freya watched how David tackled the red-haired goddess in a hug, even after verbally confronting her a moment ago Hephaestus now looks like a maiden in love with how she literally melted in his arms.

Meanwhile, Tsubaki is even more confused, without his usual Shihakushō, he looks more manly with a mask on and his flawless body showing.

'Don't tell me David is a man?!'

The upper part of his clothes is currently undressed like how he usually does when forging, showing his body wrapped in a bandage to hide his Falna as it cannot be hidden.

"Are you alright? I thought goddess Freya did something to you."

Retrieving his umbrella from Hephaestus he examined her for any injury and heave a sigh after confirming that she is fine.

"Don't worry David as Freya is the one who saved you from Ishtar Familia, we just had a misunderstanding earlier, but it's fine now, however, there's something that we must talk about."

"Save?"

David looked toward Freya that was talking with Ottar with a frosty expression, it seems they are talking about the death of one of the goddesses or the earlier action of Allen.

"No one saved me Hephaestus, and what was the thing that we must talk about?

"What do you think about harem David."

Suddenly Freya questioned him as a reply.

"Harem? Nothing, why?"

David subconsciously answered without thinking, he was on high alert since he was kidnapped this morning, and now he is in a Familia where one of its members attacked him.

Fixing the umbrella on his waist, he is ready for anything that might happen, Freya asking him something like that only clarified his doubt about the goddess's goal.

"You don't have to worry David as my intention for you is pure, you might have an idea after being kidnapped by now ascended Ishtar however I am not lust-bound like her."

"If you're asking if I'm open for a harem then I'm not, I'll kill anyone regardless of whom they're if they put a hand on my Hephaestus, and I'm not that hypocrite to find another woman other than her."

Freya's heart can't help but skip a beat when he heard his dedication and even Hephaestus can't hide her red face after his declaration.

'If only I could see his soul.'

The goddess of beauty is itching badly to see his soul, normally she can see a mortal soul without a problem however his was hidden by Hephaestus to protect against her.

"Can I see your soul?"

David tilts his head in confusion not knowing what she is saying, thankfully Hephaestus was there to clarify it.

"Where is the Tear of the Goddess David? You don't seem to be wearing it?"

David habitually clutched his chest where the necklace was always been however he remembered that Ishtar destroyed its cord, so he can only hide it in his pocket.

"Here it is Hephaestus, sorry if the line was missing."

The moment the gem left his hand Freya saw an animated soul of him in a form of a big white chubby circle that has a cute round face, it surrounded him in the center with how large it is.

(Similar to Soul Eater)

Freya was taken by its cute and lovely appearance, except for its form and size the most noticeable thing it has is its perfection which Freya only saw earlier.

Now that she saw it clearly she can't help but take a slow steady step toward David.

"Beautiful"

Before jumping on his arm to cuddle him, she has a crazy cute expression on her red face while rubbing her head on his chest.

"And so cute!"

Freya saw the big animated soul blush while frantically looking around while David has a cool helpless face.

'Now you cant hide your true self from me!'

Freya tightens her hug with a triumphant smile.

'You're mine!'

I'm already fine thanks to those who are concerned!

There are some who don't want me to end this story and demand to just continue it, while I can do it and mash my supposedly new novel in here I'm still contemplating what's the best thing to do.

Anyway just saying!
