Avery's POV

I scowled with my crossed arms while looking at Aster sitting idly on the drawing room's couch.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"I told you, I am here to meet Lady Royal." He answered.

"Of what business?"

"Something confidential."

Before the tension even got heavier, the door opened and there was Yelena. She's tied her hair into a bun and her dress is becoming more modern. Which is great.

She's cute today, too.

"Avy?"

"Good Morning." I greeted her with a wide smile.

"Good morning." She sat beside me and I wrapped my arms around her.

Obviously declaring that she's only mine.

"Good day, Lord Aster. I wasn't expecting you today." Yelena politely said.

"Hmm. I am here to report something." His eyes turned to me which made Yelena look at me.

"Oh."

Yelena took off my arms wrapped around her.
