MENDING THE BROKEN

After the incident with the air combat ship, the spectating soldiers had all resumed shocked expressions of intense silence that also bordered on fear. None of them had expected such a tragic thing to have happened. Sure, they had all known the dome was not ordinary and probably very dangerous. Even a fool could deduce that from the crackling lightening bolts that had formed a meshed cage of sorts around the town. However, they had expected a slight shock from the barrier Upon contact,not a huge explosion like what had happened just now. Just what Kind of lightning was that anyway?
