"Nothing. Are you hungry?" Alexander asked her as Bella made her way straight to him.
"I heard something breaking," Bella asked further. Her lips twitched and waited for Alexander's answer.
"Joseph was careless and broke a vase. That's it," replied Xavier, running his tongue over his lips and that's when Bella saw an ice cream cup near him. With Xavier's word, Bella took her eyes to Joseph, who had an irritable look and did not seem like he liked her here.
When she was busy judging Joseph, a hand reached for her waist and circled her from one end to the other end, then hauled her back to him. Bella hit her back on someone's chest when she got her sense she could not hide from getting embarrassed. They were in the hall room with two other men whom Bella did not know well.
"Do you need anything else?" Alexander whispered near her ears, turning her toward him. Alexander did not like it when Bella scanned Joseph. He hated that his woman was staring at someone else. For whatever reason, he just despised this fact, and she can't look at other men except him.
"I-I want to go out to the local store. Need a few things," Bella replied with a soft voice, only for Alexander to hear.
"Tell me your things. I will send someone to buy this for you," Alexander said in a serious tone. He didn't want to let her go alone. Some kind of string tugged him.
"No, I can, please. Want to borrow your car," Bella denied him. She did not want him to bother with her simple things when she was inured to buy stuff alone.
Before Alexander could go on, Isabella shook her head, as she was not familiar with overblown care. To her, it was better to do things by herself.
"Well, come home early, "said Alexander, without a long conversation that he never liked. He was always straightforward with his words.
"Yep, rule," Isabella smiled and stepped back when the hand left her waist. Isabella walked out of the room, leaving the boys together.
"My stomach aches, satan. It is awful. When did you start taking care of women?" Xavier taunted, leaving his seat and his hand burned the ice cream cup, causing it to disappear.
"You can leave the house peacefully," Alexander answered Xavier without being polite, as he despised his image in his house and that, he declared bluntly.
"There is no need for you to lure women into your net. We don't need souls," Joseph who had been silent until now opened his mouth. He made his way to the cabinet and brought out a whiskey for himself.
"Who told you I'll sacrifice her?" Alexander roared behind Joseph. The glass jar instantly shattered into pieces in his hand, annoying the reaper. It was his favorite drink. He looked back over his shoulder and found horns had appeared on Alexander's forehead. Just because he said about the human which was not new. He had done it many times. Was he missing something?
"Wow, that is fresh. Are you hiding something from us, Satan? What is it?" Xavier smiled and grabbed Alexander with questions that would be interesting. Lucifer smiled within.
"You are not in a position to question me, Lucifer. Go back to hell." Alexander's flaming eyes gave a stern warning. Hearing Bella's name, his whole body reacted. This time, his motive for getting Bella was completely different. And the sacrifice he didn't think about. She was his pet that he needed to take care of and how could one sacrifice his beloved pet?
"Fun is great. But it will cause more trouble for her. It doesn't matter whether you sacrifice her or not, but if anyone knows, she will soon perish," said Joseph with a sigh. No human can live with devils. He was aware of Satan's deeds for the past few decades and there was a sudden reason behind it, which he did not express certainty, but he was fulfilling the condition as a king.
"I'll handle everything for her. Don't interfere in this," Alexander announced with an angry tone, pushing down his anger deep into his stomach. He knew how to look after his pet. No need for others to meddle.

Bella went to a local store to buy things she had forgotten to bring. She drove Alexander's car after refusing the driver. She searched for a local store online and a small store came up nearby, so she finally felt like driving.
Taking a few stuff, including sanitary pads and her favorite shower gel. She thought of calling her father to inform him that she was okay. After paying the bill, she carried her bag and came out, looking for a place to sit and call.
There was no cafe or restaurant at that place, but there was a small park in the distance from her eyes. She shrugged her shoulder and left her car in the parking lot of the shop area as her way was on the opposite side of the shop so it would not be convenient to take her car to the park.
She sat on a bench looking around, but the park was empty. She was the only person sitting with a bag and a diet coke. It was almost evening, darkness slowly shrouding the sky, and an orange hue smeared from the west covered the playground area. It was a peaceful evening to sit and enjoy.
She dialed her father's number and her hand reached for the diet coke. Pulling the tab ring, she opened the coke. So did her father receive the call at the same time?
"Hello, Bella. You are late," came her father's concerned voice that tugged at her heart.
"Sorry, dad. I was busy with stuff," replied Bella with a heavy heart. Hours felt like days as she heard her father. She didn't leave home before so her feelings were heavy.
"Good, missing you already," Bernard said. Although he had something else in his mind that did not come out.
"Miss you too. After college, I will straight come home or your workplace in case you are not at home," said Bella with a smile, and this way both father and daughter wouldn't feel like missing each other.
"Sure. I am waiting," she heard her father.
"Alright, papa. Bye. I'll call later," said Bella and after listening to her father's cheerful hum, she hung up the phone. Additionally, she relaxed her posture, slumping her body, and leaning back. The park was empty, didn't need to be like a pretentious lady, and enjoyed the coke. However, she heard the rustling sound as if someone was walking on dry leaves, but the sound vanished when she looked around.
