Why Join them for what reason. They are simply being immature and trying to prove they can handle more. Mc seems to be another I want to be a hero. Master yourself and control your fate. At the very least, be able to protect yourself before rushing to do so for others. Telepathy has no protection. Strength is just human. Perception is just human. Adaption capabilities are pathetic. Aero kinase expert but useless as he has zero situational training (scenarios and what to do). Zero psychology knowledge, detective knowledge or team training. Right, let's jump right in. Pure bs and plot armour. Watch some cautious hero, then come back.
