The kidnap

"What do you mean? Who are we about to rescue?" Max inquired, surprised, and tried to match up with Jessica's pace.

He was skeptical. There was no one around to save. Everyone was already on the bus, back at the laboratory. Who were they going to save then?

Jessica sighed, disturbed. "Austin, Gael, Jordan, Evan, and Rowan. I and Max saw them while we were looking for you guys," he explained.

Mathias's skeptical gaze watched her for a moment." Why aren't we telling others? We will be able to rescue them together," he suggested.

"Max needs to make the antivirus. He might die if we go together."

Mathias rushed to her front and stood still before her, preventing her from moving, "But if we go, we might die. It's very dangerous. There could be lots of zombies around."

Jessica sighed. " There are a lot of zombies there. I saw them myself," she explained in a low voice.
