The Right Time has Come!

The space suddenly warped and a figure appeared. It was Noah. He had a contemplative look on his face. He was scourging every piece of information in his mind about the two heavenly treasures he was there for.

He materialized a chair and sat on it comfortably while looking at the lifeless figure of Xiao Che. He had arrived early but his guts told him the Azure Cloud Continent Yun Che will arrive anytime soon.

He started thinking about how the Primal Chaos Universe was messed up with so many controversies and conspiracies. He remembered the story itself wasn't completed even before he died. So he was prepared for any changes in the timeline. The future events he might know may not follow the intermediate timeline but branch off to another. Not to add the fact due he was a foreigner in this new world.

The world was like a chessboard for the True Gods, Creation Gods, and the Ancestral Goddess herself. Heck, he speculated that even other mysterious and unknown forces were involved.

It was terrifying. Too terrifying. He had to place all his hope on the strength he will eventually gain in the end. The heavenly treasures were just a means to boost his power.

He briefly compiled information in his head about the most mysterious heavenly treasure- The Mirror of Samsara.

As the name implies, it deals with reincarnation. Several processes needed to be accounted for before a possible and successful reincarnation occurs. Reincarnation itself tampers with the Supreme Laws of Karma, Time, and Destiny.

Karma is the cause and effect of every action taken in life. As it is known to everyone that any action you take in life has a consequence. Time essence was obvious. It just determined the flow of events in a chronological manner. Destiny is the preordained path of a living being, it can be altered or remain permanent. Every living soul had its fate or in a simpler term 'path' to follow in life. It was untouchable. Destiny and karma went hand in hand. A change in destiny can directly tamper with cause and effect in the world.

From his memory, he knew the Mirror of Samsara could manipulate destiny, karma, and time to a certain degree. As it had originally accompanied Yun Che in three lives and manipulated fate and timelines to accommodate his existence. Since the Mirror of Samsara could reincarnate Yun Che without him realizing it, it could be said it had its own sentience.

He guessed that all Heavenly treasures had developed sentience with time since their birth but their spirits became dormant.

In his own opinion, the Mirror of Samsara was supposed to be number one in the rankings of Heavenly treasures since it had ultimate control over supreme laws. Just imagine rewriting the existence of a multitude of living beings!

Its only drawback was the twenty years cool-down period after it's used in managing a reincarnation cycle. It had limited usage.

The other heavenly treasure was the Sky Poison Pearl. It had unlimited inner storage and could detoxify all poisons. It also had an extremely strong poison. It had absolute purification- it could purify all things under the heavens. Its herb-locating perk was also unrivaled. The treasure itself was under the control of the Mirror of Samsara when Yun Che had reincarnated in his third life.

As Noah was mulling over different information, he suddenly felt a temporal disturbance in the room. Even though he couldn't proclaim himself to have truly mastered the spatiotemporal laws, he had a basic understanding of them due to the space-time manipulation skill.

The wheel of fate had started moving. Yun Che was currently transmigrating.

Noah saw how the soul of Yun Che merged with the body of Xiao Che as they became one as if it was meant to be.

Noah had a look of fascination on his face while he observed the set of events happening before him.

"So this is the worldly renowned reincarnation," Noah muttered to himself. In his previous life, he had read many novels about main characters reincarnating and starting their journeys towards the peak of power. Is this what they call a protagonist halo? He chuckled inwardly as he closely watched the twitching figure of now, Yun Che.

He had already formulated a plan on how he would deal with Yun Che. He won't kill him. It was not that he couldn't. He merely didn't want Xiao Lingxi, the 1000th reincarnation of the Ancestral Goddess to go berserk. He naturally would deal with them after he had grasped the Supreme Laws he wanted. 'Good, with this I can easily resolve Yun Che without creating unnecessary scenes,' Noah smirked as he remembered a certain manipulative character from an Anime he watched called Bleach. That character liked to see his enemies trapped in realistic illusions. Aizen - that was his name. A true mastermind. Everything seemed under his control. He held the whole Soul Society under his palm with his intense mind manipulation. He was the type of villain you wouldn't want to confront. Even Yhwach the Almighty feared him. The most powerful person in the Bleach verse couldn't help but be wary of his mental capabilities.

"Tsk, I only know about Aizen due to reading tidbits of the manga," Noah shook his head pitifully as in his previous life he didn't bother to start watching the Bleach series since he found it too long. He could only read its fanfiction and view some of its immersive action scenes in the manga.

As Noah was busy having his inner monologue, Yun Che was gradually awakening his consciousness.

'What is going on here? How am I still alive? I clearly remember my demise when I jumped off Cloud's End Cliff. This is impossible!' Yun Che had a mental breakdown. He simply couldn't believe that he was still alive after committing suicide when he was being chased by experts of the Major Powers of the Azure Cloud Continent.

Suddenly his memories overlapped and a confused expression adorned his face.

'I suddenly have two sets of memories. One of my life in the Azure Cloud Continent and one as Xiao Che of the Floating Cloud City,' Yun Che thought with a heavy expression on his face.

'But who am I? Am I, Xiao Che or Yun Che? ' Yun mused.

Then a sudden realization hit him. He was both Xiao Che and Yun Che. It's just that the timeline was messed and he was not able to unveil the mystery surrounding his reincarnation.

'Let's leave it for another time,' He finally concluded.

He slowly raised his body from the bed and was genuinely surprised by the condition of the body. He found that his current had crippled profound veins and trash talent in cultivation. He also found out about being poisoned by the Murdering Heart Powder.

In his past life in the Azure Cloud Continent as the Medical Saint disciple, he had learned about various poisons and the Murdering Heart Powder was one of them. A traceless poison that promised quick death. Within just ten seconds of intake, the poisoned person is guaranteed to meet the maker.

Yun Che suddenly felt a tingling sensation in his left hand when he saw a circular green imprint on his palm, he was beyond shocked.

"The Sky Poison Pearl!" He couldn't help but mutter inaudibly.

He remembered swallowing it whole to keep out the greedy hands of the Various Major powers in the Azure Cloud Continent. But it miraculously reincarnated with him into the dead body.

"The gods truly didn't t want me to suffer anymore and decided to take pity on me. Now they have given me a second chance at life!" Yun Che proclaimed.

Yun Che was busy arranging his memories well, not knowing that a certain being was looking at him in amusement. It was as if he was looking at a source of entertainment. Yun Che couldn't sense him since their power difference was like heaven and earth.

Noah naturally had had enough of the typical reincarnation opening lines of most main characters. He did not want to waste his time anymore.

"You say that the gods took pity on you and granted you another chance at life," Noah laughed while he allowed his presence to be registered in the room.

"The gods aren't a bored bunch to just reincarnate someone like that," Mockery could be heard in his voice as he put his hands behind his back.

Yun Che was startled when he heard someone's voice in his room. He didn't sense any living being in the room when he had just reincarnated. He concluded that the person might have taken a Star Concealing Grass, had an Invisibility artifact, or was an expert. He didn't bother with the last speculation since the person in front of him didn't seem older than him. A great mistake on his part.

Even with that speculation out, he felt threatened that someone heard his secrets. A cruel gleam flashed in his eyes. He didn't want a repeat of what happened in the Azure Cloud Continent. A heavenly treasure like Sky Poison Pearl could cause a massive bloodbath.

What he wanted to do was simply poison the person in front of him to death. He didn't care about the method he used.

Noah read all the thoughts running through Yun Che's mind like an open book. His mental capabilities allowed him to easily read minds. It could be said [ Absolute Hypnosis ] made his mind automatically be able to perform telepathy.

He couldn't help but release a trace of killing intent when he found that Yun Che wanted to poison him to death.

'Not now,' Noah thought while composing himself. He can't kill Yun Che at the moment. The way it was depicted in the novel how Xiao Lingxi loved Yun Che made him restless. Love truly works in mysterious ways. She just loved Yun Che in and out - It was unconditional. Noah didn't want some crazy lover to seek revenge when he had barely powered up himself. This was the Ancestral Goddess we are talking about.

A hornet's nest cannot be touched carelessly.

Calming down his breath, he didn't wait for Yun Che to proceed with whatever he was doing. Even if the Sky Poison Pearl had a pitiful amount of poison at the moment.

He didn't want to leave even a shred of minuscule evidence.

Pointing a finger at Yun Che, Noah muttered.

"Sleep!"

And like a command, Yun Che lost his consciousness and truly slept.

What Noah had just used was just hypnotic sleep inducement. He can directly make someone sleep as long as no resistance is met.

Since the heavenly treasures were linked to the soul, he thought of a weapon that could help him to sever the connection between Yun Che and the treasures.

Instead of thinking much, Noah directly used [weapon creation] and started imagining the weapon he wanted. A soul weapon was what he wanted. He just formed a dagger made of soul energy.

He carefully observed the dagger in his hand and he nodded in satisfaction. It was just simple. It was a weapon of the moment.

Looking at the sleep-induced Yun Che, Noah didn't hesitate and carefully slashed at him, his aim to severe the soul connection.

He quickly used his primordial energy to heal him since his soul would collapse at any moment if left alone. He was healed in a matter of seconds.

In Noah's hands, a silver-colored pendant and a round green pearl could be seen.

A contented smile appeared on his face," Finally I have them."

"With the Mirror of Samsara, I am one step closer to my goals."

"Now I don't have any business here," he muttered while looking at Yun Che.

'I don't hate you, since we don't know each other. I have erased your memory of me and all about the reincarnation stuff. Leave your life as Xiao Che.' Noah thought since he had no reason to kill him at the moment.

He then thought about Xia Qingyue. His brain was already cooking up a plan.

"Something needs to be harvested. The right time has come!" A glint flashed in his red eyes before he disappeared.

Whatever he meant by those words. It had a deeper meaning.
