Confrontation 1

Ryan slightly gasped when he reached Lily's treatment room. Matthew and the others stared at Ryan in astonishment as he entered the room. While Ryan looked at everybody in Lily's treatment room, pointing at the door.

"Matthew said you were at the resort?" Lily asked with a bit of surprise.

Ryan nodded slowly. "I just came back. I saw Max here earlier."

Lily and Matthew immediately frowned.

"Max?" Matthew asked in disbelief.

Ryan nodded his head. "He came with someone."

"Why did Max come here?" Lily asked Ryan again.

Ryan shrugged. "Should we move Lily from this hospital?"

"I don't think we need to move Lily to another hospital. We're all here, after all. Just leave that guy named Max if he wants to see Lily. He won't be able to hurt Lily," replied Sigmund.

"You want to meet the man?" said Ryan.

"We can't avoid him either," said Sigmund.

Ryan took a deep breath. "I thought you guys would choose to leave."
