"What happened?"
Damian, Maria, and Tiffany were now inside the lady's condominium unit. The earlier scene of him and Tiffany at the parking lot was indeed quite uncalled for. He should have not done that as she was still engaged to Lincoln. It may add up to the issue that she has been dealing with for days.
Tiffany was holding a glass of cold water, staring at the substance inside ever since she got a hold of it. "Everything's going downhill, Dam," she weakly muttered. Her eyes slowly started to sting again, threatening to shed another batch of tears.
Her finger circled the rim of the glass as the moistened body slowly got her palm damp. "The company," she tried to speak like how she normally does but the fact that her family needed to face the possible bankruptcy was stopping her, making her tongue-tied. "We could lose it," she finally managed to word out.
