Vacation Part 4

Due to all the information we got, for now we decided to relax.

So at night I relax in the company of Psylocke, Wanda, Irene and Rogue.

Although they were a little shy about doing it in front of the others, they accepted it.

And I have to say I had a lot of fun.

The twins, Est and Illyana were resting with Riri and Laura.

Doctor Strange felt uncomfortable these two days.

Yesterday he felt a fluctuation in space but it disappeared too quickly and he could not detect the place of origin, nor the culprits.

Once he found the place of origin of the anomaly, he went there, but unfortunately he did not find the culprits.

He quickly activated tracking spells but to no avail.

Alex got up very refreshed, his night was very comforting.

After taking a nice shower, everyone gathered in the dining room for breakfast.

"So what's the first thing we do this morning?" Wanda asked as she fed little Alejandro.

"Let's go out for a walk in Connecticut and check out that place to be prepared"

"It seems that in this universe we will become heroes" Irene added with a smile.

"For the time being let's keep an eye on the movements of that small group of New Warriors" Riri said as she watched TV.

After analyzing Irene's visions, Wanda got a mental image of the people involved in it. They quickly looked them up online and learned that the New Warriors were to blame.

Who are a group of heroes on the web.

Since they like to do heroic things to gain popularity on the net.

Alex's group was disappointed by that little group.

Any idiot would know that kind of hero would only cause trouble in the future.

"Well, it's settled, but until it happens let's keep a low profile" Alex said seriously.

"We know, you don't have to worry" Psylocke replied.

"But once we get involved, we won't be able to hide" a worried Rogue said.

"You don't have to worry, if they discover us so be it, but if they bother us, we will show them that we are not easy to intimidate" Alex said to everyone present.

"Okay, but once we're done watching Connecticut, I want to go see Genosha" Wanda said.

Everyone is silent, they know what Genosha's fate was in this universe and it can be said that everyone is upset.

Alex looks at her for a few seconds and nodding his head says:

"Alright"

Seeing that they reached an agreement, they finished their breakfast in peace and left and minutes later they left the house for Stamford Connecticut.

Stamford, Connecticut

Two cars stop near an elementary school.

Where you can see a group of children playing soccer, the atmosphere is really happy.

The crew of the two cars are Alex's group.

When they park, they all get out and look around.

"Is this the place, Irene?" Psylocke asked, raising her eyebrow.

"Yes, it all starts with the death of the children in this place" Irene answered.

"Riri, put some energy sensors in the place so that they warn us if there are changes in this place" Alex said to her while looking at the surroundings.

Nodding, Riri activates her bracelets, unleashing small Nanobots that levitate and stick to different surfaces within a 500 meter radius without being detected and each one glows, releasing traces of energy.

Riri is the only one with a great talent when it comes to uniting science and magic with great ease.

Even the Ancient One called her a great revolutionist.

That's why she was the one for this job.

That way, when a change occurs in this place, they will be able to easily know and act accordingly.

They spent some time there and even had lunch at a nearby restaurant.

After seeing that nothing out of the ordinary happened, they left the place.

Getting into the vehicles, they hit the highway to return home.

"When are we going to Genosha?" Wanda asked as she hugged Sasha and Alejandro.

As he calmly drives down the highway, Alex answers:

"I already got a private plane, tomorrow morning we will leave for Genosha. But, are you sure? According to the information I received, Magneto still lives there"

"No problem, I also feel a bit sad for him so even though in this universe he didn't make it, I want to show him that another one did have real grandchildren" Wanda said softly as she gently stroked her children's hair.

Alex sighed upon hearing her words, that was always a problem with parallel universes.

The What If?

At the end of the day, one's actions have consequences.

Out of curiosity, Alex also looked for his self in this universe and to his surprise, he couldn't find him since he never existed.

That left him with mixed feelings.

And in fact, Alex also wondered who had sent him to the Marvel Universe and for what reason.

But at the end of the day, that sometimes became irrelevant for Alex and the only thing he could do was live his life as he wanted and without regrets.

Thus, immersed in different thoughts, they returned to their house.
