The Avengers Part 1

Tokyo, Japan

"How are things going?" I asked Emma as I looked at the building in front of me.

Emma closes her eyes and as she opens them says:

"There are a total of 4 men at the entrance"

"Tell Pietro to finish them" I told her.

"Okay" Emma said as she mentally communicated with Pietro.

After a few moments Emma says:

"The way is clear now"

"Then let's go inside"

When I finished speaking, I quickly entered the building accompanied by Emma.

Psylocke, Polaris, and Wanda enter a few seconds after us.

Laura stayed in the vehicle protecting Irene, waiting for us to finish.

Pietro appears next to me and says:

"The first floor is clear"

The building has a total of twenty-four floors, supposedly it is a company in the business of importing and exporting electronic products.

But this business is controlled by a member of The Hand named Sasaki.

He is a dangerous man and I am currently attacking his company because Irene had a vision about one of the books. According to Irene, that book was in the possession of an old friend of the original Irene.

When they killed him, they took possession of all his belongings and among those things was that book.

Although The Hand has a great influence in Japan, they couldn't do anything to stop us.

When we got to the top floor, an armed group was waiting for us and they started shooting at us when they saw us.

Polaris and Wanda moved forward and quickly finished off those men.

We immediately entered.

Once inside there is only one person, a man who seems scared.

"This man is not Sasaki" Emma assured.

"I see, so he ran away. Well, it doesn't matter, as long as what we came for is here then it's fine"

Knocking out the man we started searching the place, Psylocke ended up finding the book and handed it to me.

We quickly left the place.

After leaving the building we meet up with Irene and Laura to head to where we are staying.

Upon arrival, I take out the book and destroy it.

"This is the fourth book we found, isn't it?" Polaris said.

"It took us a year to find only four of them. Irene, do you know how many books are there?" Wanda asked.

"No, I don't know how many there are" answered Irene.

"I don't know how many there are either, Irene only told me that she wrote the books but she didn't tell me how many there were" Mystique said when she felt Wanda and Polaris' gaze.

Listening to their conversation I look at the book that was turning to ashes and sighing I say:

"A year, huh"
