This was the first time everyone was participating in such a rigorous topic. 

Their hearts were lying, their mouths constantly swallowing, and their arms crossed against their chests as they sat along the round table. 

Except for Claud, everyone was more or less well-versed in how meetings typically went. 

First, the attendees were noted, and the agenda was read out.

The concept of Structural Settlement planning was unfairly new to them. 

Why? Because in villages, they didn't put too much thought into where one should build a home once it was already within their territory. 

If there was space, then build on it. Most, if not all villages had wooden fences enclosed around massive lands. And in that space, they didn't particularly care where they placed their homes.

Of course, just because they were villages didn't mean their enclosed space was small.
