Akito looked towards his friend, Ryu, and nodded.

Furrowing his brows he ignored it and quietly walked home. It took him a few minutes to return home.

As he opened the door he switched the lights on. The empty and dark house made him recall his past every day. His parents had died in an accident early on and he had been living with his mother's friend ever since.

"... She should be back from work in a few hours." He glanced at the clock that showed the time and mumbled.

Taking off his school uniform he sat down and stared at the weird floating interference in front of him.

It was mostly empty which confused Akito.

"This seems like some game system but how does it work? Dimensional Chat Group? Who am I even supposed to chat with?" He wryly smiled.

It reminded him of that one novel he read, 'Cultivation Chat Group'.

Suddenly the screen buzzed,

A blank space appeared in front of him and he could will for words to form on it.

Clicking his tongue he thought about his nickname. Since he had already accepted his weird situation he didn't mind continuing with it.

He waited for something else to happen but was disappointed. He looked at it curiously and noticed some symbols at the bottom.

One of them had a question mark which he clicked immediately.

"Wow..." Akito was overwhelmed by the sudden information. He was 18 and had quite a few fantasies, he didn't think he would be living one suddenly.

He marveled at the floating screen again and noticed the symbol beside the [?]. It was similar to a gift box and had a red dot, similar to pending notifications.

A string of messages appeared before him and he pursed his lips.

He knew it would be anime/manga/novel worlds but the slight possibility of it not being any of them did cross his mind as well.

Shaking his head he looked towards the other two items. Their names were self-explanatory.

The Ten Year Experience Gu allowed one to gain experience of ten years! Akito found this description to be vague but in simple terms, he could instantly gain ten years of experience in anything.

He could pick a gun and use the gu, instantly becoming an expert sharpshooter or become a hacking expert.

As long as it's something he's attempting to learn he could gain 10 years of experience in it.
