The 1st Experiment - Kai vs ?

Even after 5 years, the hubbub in the research department, hundreds of meters under the Alliance's headquarters, was no less than before.

But this day was fated to be momentous.

In the private lab of the Supreme General of Death Eaters, Snape, Voldemort, a team of Yautja scientists, dozens of wizards and witches, and hundreds of Pokemon were gathered around the auburn-haired youth, Albus Dumbledore.

"What did he do again?" the Supreme General asked, his smile cold and ruthless.

Snape shot a look at Voldemort and answered, "He killed 700 Trooper-ranked Xenomorphs, my lord."

Albus' grin widened. "And what did the Queen Mother say about that?" he asked, eyes flashing murderously. "She didn't complain?"

One of the Yautjas stepped forward and kneeled. "She is but a General, my lord," he said, his voice mechanical. "She dare not complain."

Albus gave the Yautja a look and then his gaze landed on Voldemort. "Report."

Voldemort cracked his neck and took out the document. "The False One has been spotted all over the Island in these last 2 years, my lord," he read, his breath hissing. "He has killed over 1200 Troopers and 2 Captains, both, of course, had gone out of the headquarters against the strict orders of not doing so."

"And his route?"

Voldemort looked at the report and frowned. "He's been roaming around all the headquarters from north to south and from west to east," he reported, his slitted pupils shifting on the paper. "But he's never been spotted around the Alliance's HQ."

"Oh?" the Supreme General raised an eyebrow, his expression amusing. "He's patient enough."

"I think…" Snape drawled, "… he has been trying to find out the headquarters' locations."

"Haha!" Albus laughed like a devil. "What's there to find? Star Beast Brotherhood's Main, 2nd, and 3rd HQ are in the North, along with Eternal Snow's Main HQ, the Original Ones' 1st and 2nd HQ, and our 3rd HQ…"

Albus flicked his Elder Wand and the map's projection appeared in front of him, marking the locations of all headquarters. [Image 1]

"No matter where he will go," the Supreme General said, smiling, "he can't hide. Not from us."

"My lord… you mean," Snape mumbled, his expression shocked.

Albus nodded. "It took us 5 years," he said, making the map disappear. "I think we are ready for human trials. Go. Bring the subjects to the lab."

"Yes, Supreme General!!!" all thundered.

In half an hour, within a vast lab, scientists gathered around a gigantic cauldron sunken into the floor.

Green, frothy solution bubbled within it, sending out many-colored fumes.

Supreme General of Death Eaters, Albus Dumbledore, neared the cauldron-cum-pool and took out a vial of potion. The potion looked like it was blood, but its consistency was even thicker, with silver dust sparkling in it.

The Lead Researcher emptied the entire content of the vial into the cauldron.

Shuuu!!!

The entire cauldron shook as if a volcano was about to erupt. The green solution suddenly became white, and its scorching fumes gained a morning mist-like appearance.

"Enter," Albus commanded.

Step! Step!

From one side, a giant-like man stepped forward, the floor trembling under the power of his weight.

He was Ser Gregor Clegane, a Knight-Commander from the Eternal Snow Army. [Image 2]

Ser Clegane looked around and nodded toward the Supreme General before submerging himself into the pool of milky solution.

Crack-Crackkk!!!

From the other side, thin, yellow bolts of lightning cracked as a Flying-type Pokemon stepped forward. Wherever the creature passed, everything and everyone got electrocuted. The Pokemon had yellow spiky fur, a sharp beak, and murderous eyes. And as it flapped its humongous, spiked wings, it felt like it could cause a thunderstorm in a mere moment.

He was Commander Thunder Lord, a Zapdos.

The Pokemon too entered the milky solution.

Peng! Shululu!!!

Suddenly, the entire solution came alive, enormous bubbles popping up like lava.

And as the Supreme General saw those bubbles, and the process happening under them, he burst out with a peal of devilish laughter. "Hahaha!!!"

3 months later

Six daggers tore through the space and hacked an owl into pieces.

Kai's eyes narrowed as he saw its corpse tumbling down, spinning round and round. This was the 125th owl he had killed in the last 3 months. He didn't know why, but the number of owls, monitoring instruments, and scouts had increased exponentially recently.

After 2 years, he had already mapped out the entire Island X, and where each HQ was located. He had also killed many Troopers, enough to teleport to the Samurai's Hut. But without having at least 2 million Points, there was no point in going there, he knew.

Kai wanted to unlock not only Murasame but most of his Items, including Selene.

The only thing was that he was just not getting enough enemies to kill.

Suddenly, Kai's head snapped up.

Rumble!!!

Dark clouds, full of yellow-white lightning, were taking over the sky, which was completely normal a few moments ago.

"This fucking weather!" Kai cursed, jumping over his shield and flying toward the cave. "I am sure there will be a bunch of Electric-type Pokemon coming soon to take advantage of it. Tch!"

Crack!!!

As Kai rushed toward the cave, the entire sky cracked. He looked over his shoulder and saw a bolt of lightning snaking into the clouds, going in and out of sight. What was that? Kai thought, his gaze narrowing.

And then his pupils suddenly widened.

A colossal bolt of lightning hacked toward him from the sky, zigzagging through the burning space.

Boom!!!

The thunderbolt landed behind Kai, missing only by a few dozen meters.

"What the…?" Kai looked at the crater and then once again looked up.

A giant bird-like man was hovering among the clouds, his body covered in spiky, yellow fur. A stupendous amount of yellow lightning cracked around him, making the clouds rumble. In his hand, there was a longsword as large as Kai himself.

The shocking thing was… that despite Kai looking directly at him, the Smartwatch didn't notify him of his rank.

Crack!!!

Thunder cracked as the man flew down toward him so fast that Kai instantly knew running would be futile.

A fight it is then, Kai thought, feeling the thrill.

Ka-boom!

A sonic boom thundered as Kai threw himself toward the incoming enemy, six daggers spinning like drills around him.

The gigantic sword-wielding creature hacked. "HAAA!"

CRACK!!!

A massive bolt of lightning fell from the sky and landed on the sword, which then the creature directed toward Kai.

Kai elegantly spun toward his left as if he had seen the attack coming ages ago. 3 daggers met the sword, steel ringing against steel, and the rest rushed toward the man like bullets.

However, what happened next made Kai's mind go numb.

The giant bird-like man, who was still hovering in one place, vanished, leaving behind several crackling electric sparks, and appeared right over his head.

This speed was so fast, so incredibly fast, that Kai felt like time had slowed down for everything.

The thunder-covered sword hacked again, and it seemed nothing could stop it.

It was then a trail of blood flames hissed out of Kai's mouth, his muscles, bones, and organs pulsating with power.

In the hundredth of a second, a massive amount of blood flames covered Kai's torso and head, his Spiritual Power solidifying.

And then the attack landed.

BOOM!!!

A small reddish figure got hacked down toward the earth, breaking sound barriers. Lightning crackled around the man as he rushed to kill Kai.

A cloud of dust had covered the crater where Kai had landed. With one wave of the sword, the entire dust cloud got swept away.

Silence.

There was no one lying in the crater. No broken figure. No blood or bones.

Suddenly, the space above the man fluctuated and Kai appeared, his gaze dead and demonically cold. From head to toe, he was covered in dense blood flames, his hazel eyes glowing red.

A massive amount of lightning cracked around the giant as he sensed danger and death. But no matter how much he tried to fly away or spin around, he just couldn't move.

"Bug…" Kai spat, making a fist. Six daggers rushed to revolve around his fist like six drills.

And then he punched.

Kacha!!!

Head exploded and brain matter flew everywhere.

The longsword flew toward Kai, along with the body, and he looked around from behind the bloody veil, flames roaring around him.

When he sensed no one, Kai flew away, taking both the sword and the corpse with him. A red trail shot through the dark jungle, vanishing into a masterfully hidden hole.

At the same time, in the research lab, Albus Dumbledore opened his eyes and grinned. "So," he hissed, making the soldiers around him jump, "the first experiment failed. Haha!"
