On the other side, Eugene had already began making a fuss about the matter. He looked at Collins, completely disregarding that he was the future family head of the Gravy family, and began chiding.

"What the heck is this? You are actually telling me that you completely ignored my wife to be, and let her even get engaged to another man? Do you believe that I can tell my father to cancel this marriage?" Eugene shouted in anger.

Even though he was a hedonist, that didn't mean that he was dumb. So, he had already known that his family was the one at an advantage. And for that reason, he didn't even care whether Collins was angry or not. All that he cared was that his anger was vented.
