Chapter 52

"Come here sweetie!" cried Rachel holding out her hand to Alisa. With joy the toddler immediately rushed into Rachel's arms.

"Okay, let's just let Jodi take the bag later," Nico said when Rachel was about to link her big bag over her shoulder.

Rachel stared at Nico for a moment. "Okay sir!" he said with a smile that showed the two hollows on his cheeks.

Rahel immediately took Alisa out of the room. For a few seconds Nico just stared at Rahel's departure, who looked like he was having fun joking with Rahel down the hospital hallway.

"Who are you, actually?" Nico muttered in a low voice. Nico had heard some news about Rachel. Only the man never bothered, as long as he didn't hear it from Rachel's mouth.

"Oh, yes, Jodi!" Nico exclaimed remembering Jodi who he was going to ask for help carrying the big bag that Rahel still left in the room.
