* "Marcy.... Marcy....Marcy it's fine just breathe"
Marcy's eyes shoot open as she gasps for air at the sound of Ian's velvet smooth voice. Her eyes flash back and forth scanning her surroundings. Searching for everything and anything at the same time. Finally her eyes find Ian hovering over her and her confusion wears off.
"I'm dieing" Marcy cry's leaping into Ian's arms. Ian hold her tight letting her sob into him "we're gonna figure it out Marcy. you will be okay, you are going to be okay, I won't let anything happen to you" he whispers into her ear as she cry's. Ian just leans back into Marcy squeezing her tighter, running his fingers through her silk hair. Marcy had no idea but she had been out cold for days, sweating and gasping for air. Ian had already feared the worst and had the pack digging for any answers to her sickness. Ian however never left her side. He didn't eat or sleep he simply sat and waited for her to wake back up.
The pack was gonna find answers at any cost to save her life. Katrina had left earlier to fallow up on a lead. One of her old friends had found at an old library just a couple hours away. Katrina had promised she would be home as soon as possible at dinner at the latest. There weren't many other leads that the pack had been able to dig up since hybrids weren't a common occurrence. An uncommon occurrence would be an understatement concerning any type of d*mn mermaid hybrid of course. So all he could do in the meantime was comfort Marcy while they waited and make sure she doesn't die before they get the answers they are searching for. The good news was there had yet to be any evidence of death concerning any other documented hybrids but it still didn't put any of the pack at ease. Ian could tell that Marcy was just as terrified as him "Hang on Marcy, we are gonna figure this out soon. we're not going to let anything happen to you I promise, my love. The whole pack is looking for answers or anything to help."
