Such a huge misunderstanding. But with Maxi's personality, she won't be able to confine in Riftan. She needs to learn to trust him. It isn't easy for her to get rid of her anxiety.

My poor, sweet baby Maxi... and both of them with all their insecurities with each other.... All their misconceptions about each other... They both need reassurance.

Loving every chapter even though I’m re-reading Under the Oak tree. Both terribly insecure & poor communicators. Hahaha. Still love them to bits❤️

I love how reassuring Riftan is. Even when he's just teasing, he's really trying to impress her and make her feel comfortable

she is so sweet, and very lack of knowledge. she should, when gain confidence, tell riftan of her time with her father. also Rirtan needs to listen to what she is saying. She is speaking the truth.

The Maxi needs to believe in Riftan more.

I love that Riftan dotes on her. Even though they misunderstand each other, they are well suited for each other.

I like the way Riftan speaks with Maxi! He is not too imposing and he words his language well. It is also interesting that both have their insecurities about this relationship but they both need to TALK IT OUT though, communication guys!!!!
