The fortress around Yue began to devolve despite Yue's internal strong resistance and revolts of not wanting it to, deeply knowing what she was going to face once the barrier demolishes. The man before turning around smiled slyly and Yue gasped internally seeing him enjoy the melodrama.

As the man moved away from standing at an overly close distance from Yue, the wall of veil between the man at the entrance of his own room and Yue fell apart and they stood at their own positions, fixed to the ground staring intensely at each other.

The man at the door was swift in changing his expressions from being evidently annoyed for some reason to being incomprehensible. Yue subconsciously admired at how easily and efficiently he was able to entirely conceal his emotions.
