No one had expected Maurice to be like a dead dog and be trampled under Connor's feet.

Initially, Yaakov thought that Maurice was his last hope. However, he had not expected Maurice to be defeated in such a manner.

Maurice struggled to stand up, but Connor was too strong. In addition, he had just taken two punches from Connor, so he did not have the strength to stand up at all.

"You lost!"

Connor whispered to Maurice.

"I didn't think I would lose to you!"

Maurice gritted his teeth and shouted at Connor.

"I told you long ago that you're not my match!"

Connor replied expressionlessly. Then, he reached into his clothes and took out a pistol, aiming it at Maurice's head.

When Maurice saw the pistol that Connor took out, he was a little fearful. He stammered and asked Connor, "What are you doing?"

"Don't you know what I'm doing?"

Connor asked Maurice coldly.
