Turning Against Arthur

Only Arthur's expression looked somewhat unpleasant.

Zayn stood in place, his face filled with confusion.

Because nobody expected that Kaitlyn actually knew Connor.

If Connor knew Kaitlyn, that would be entirely normal. After all, she was a big star, and many people knew her; that was perfectly normal.

But the fact that she knew him was an entirely different concept.

Suddenly, Arthur had a bad premonition.

"I'd love to attend Mr. Arthur's opening ceremony, but it seems like I wasn't invited," Connor replied with a smile.

Kaitlyn hesitated for a moment, and her expression became more puzzled.

Connor was dressed quite formally, which led her to think that he must be attending an important event today.

But Connor said he wasn't attending Arthur's opening ceremony, then why was he here?

She couldn't help but look up at the hotel behind him.
