This seems familiar here, at the same time there appears to be a dearth of quality "females" in the capital especially the rich ones. Most of the socialites seem spoiled, arrogant and very shallow. They especially look as well as others of that "so called upper/noble/very rich class, capital" patronise/look down on those who are of "rural"/countryside/poor origin.
