It's a slow burn romance - not the boring kind of slow burn, but the one that makes your heart tingling, makes you smile along the story and ends up craving for more. The small acts of pursue that seem cliché but relatable, like dressing up and make a pastry are really sweet. This story is a chef's kiss.

Overall, a great novel, but seriously lacking in the editing department. Right around 40 chapters in, it goes from hand translation to mechanical and it drops the quality of the story tremendously. Other than that, I truly do love the story itself.

this is the slow burn romance, focused on the female lead. the male lead only appear after more than 10 chapters with 3 other possible male leads appeared. And when FL finally met the ML, their relationship started very innocent and almost unrecognized, also the FL somehow become adopted to the family and that makes me feel that the love story will not be easy and a lot of male characters will heartbroken.... i feel anxious but in the same time curious to read more

What a wonderful and sweet story. Nice plot line too. Yes, at chapter 40, the translation quality is pretty bad, but not so bad that you can’t figure it out. I loved how the main leads were very attentive and loving to one another, and didn’t let misunderstandings get in their way. It’s truly a sweet story.

This is one of the best story i have read yet. I love the character development and the chemistry between ML and FL. I like the way how they don't let any misunderstanding come in between. So loving couple 😍😍. You will feel sweet reading the story.

To be honest, by chapter 9, I still did not know where the novel was headed (Superslow burn). so I went back and read the reviews, then jumped to chapter 13. After that, it did get interesting. So much so that I couldn't wait for the next chapter. Unfortunately, It did not get picked. I may have to search for the raws as I'm hooked already.
