I know you are not trying to make him too strong but I think you are making him too weak by having trouble facing the wizards. Harry still has amazing physical abilities over the wizards, and he can use weak wandless magic to further his ability to catch them offguard. I know they are his parents but don't make him too easy to capture just to force the meeting of his parents. Thanks for the chapter Author.
