Pushing a King's Buttons

The Elders of the Hunter Agency were no myth amongst the high-ranking wolves. However, it was known that their existence was to be kept secret… and as a result, the most the common person would know about them was through a rumour.

Cole had thought meeting them would bring him some knowledge or hope of bringing down the Rogue King. Even though he hadn't expected to meet them, he'd at least waited to see what their involvement in this battle would look like.

They were said to be behind nearly every hunter deployment in the world, especially the ones that involved high-ranking rogues. Still, their involvement was so secretly hidden that they might have not existed at all.

The one thing Cole knew they held above all hunters was absolute control over them. One order from these three old geezers was almost equivalent to Cole ordering one of his beta alphas to do something.
