It pains me to see you like this

After spending so much time in the bathtub thinking, Erin decided to come out of the shower. And found his sister waiting at his bed.

"How are you feeling?" it said greeting him with the same question he had in mind upon seeing her.

He let out a deep sigh and sat beside it. Rinei took the towel from his hand and began drying his hair for him.

"I can't say that I'm alright," he let out a dry laugh. "I won't even feel better after drowning myself in the tub."

Its hand stopped at drying his hair with the towel.

When he turned to look at his sister, there was the same emptiness in its eye staring blankly at him.

He knew there was something off with her. And he wouldn't be surprised if it has something to do with Lucas's absence lately.

He took his sister with one hand.

"Is everything alright between you and Lucas?"

It began to shake its head, giving him an assuring smile.

"We're fine." she gave him a reassuring smile. "We're just getting having a phase that's all."
