A Life Of Love And Laughter

Being married to Josie was far superior to simply staying on her couch. She was very affectionate and Everett soaked all of it in with a desperation he hadn't known he was capable of. 

That wasn't all though. Since she was no longer afraid of giving away the fact that she wasn't Lady Josephine, she told him much more about this world and had many more activities for them to try. 

On weeknights, she often introduced him to games, movies, and music that she liked. He especially liked the games once he was able to get a hang of the rules. There weren't many games back in his world but he had never played them anyway because he was too busy following orders. 

Everett hadn't been allowed to ask for things as a child so even once he could at Duke Francis's estate, he never did. He could ask Josie for things though.
