"Now there's Nichole, Derek, Hall, three cases of animal attack and the lord case. Wonderful," Mr Saemus listed out the cases they were required to work on. 

"Perhaps, they all might be linked with each other Mr Saemus," Elric replied.

The day of the council, right after the massacre, was chaotic. News had spread among the councilmen like wildfire. Although, it was taken care that no imperials would know about the massacre as it would cause chaos. Elric and his team continued their pending cases in the cabin unbothered by the council's discussion. 

"It appears to be linked but I doubt we will get any evidence to prove them unless one of them reveals something," Mr Saemus remarked. 

"We need to check with the team investigating Nichole's case," Elric stated. 

"Already informed a councilman. He will update if there's any progress," Mr Saemus replied. Seeing Elric nodding at him, he asked, "Did Hall open his mouth?"
