Chapter 105- Addie – Summoned by a Goddess Part 2 Volume 4 

***ADDIE'S POV*** 

The goddess, in all her beauty and glory, cupped my cheeks in her hands. Those hands were soft, warm, and filled with a love of a mother. I could tell that she was doing her best to alleviate the stress and anxiety that had been filling me since the alarms had gone off.

No, that wasn't it. The anxiety had started to fill me the day we went to Laumont. That day I had known that they would do something. That they were going to attack, but I didn't know when or where. 

Without more information, my anxiety would have been pushed off as just a pregnant woman's emotional irregularity. They wouldn't have called me a liar, Nolan wouldn't have allowed that, but the issue might not have been taken seriously. Until there was proof of some kind, there was no knowing that it would happen at all.
