***ADDIE'S POV***
The parlor was cozy. It was nice to see that Xandereth wasn't at all like the vampires I knew of from my previous life. Then again, that was just Hollywood and their fake legends. Being a werewolf in pretty much the truest of any definition I'd ever heard of, I knew Hollywood had been a lie.
That aside, I'd also met Xandereth on several prior occasions, so I already knew what he and his family were like. And I'd spent three years at the academy with Irina, which had given me a very in-depth look into the life of a vampire
Still, I will admit, I breathed a sigh of relief when I stepped into the room and saw there were no coffins and that things were bright and open. Old human stereotypes die hard, no matter what I've experienced here in this world all these years.
